Hi, I’ve came in to be waxed in the past and no complaints there…BUT I recently cheated on my regular silk press lady because she had no appointments available on the days I needed and came here. Probably the worst decision I’ve ever made, I had to straighten my hair the next day which I have never had to do the following day EVER. the service itself was weird as hell. I got a wash blow dry and got my hair straightened that’s it. Personally I’ve never been anywhere where you don’t get a treatment included not to mention a trim. I had to go home and trim my own hair :/ I spent 140$ for a service I could’ve done better myself @ home.I love supporting black business but I will not be a returning client because I was extremely disappointed in the service I received.

I got an enzyme facial done today by Mimi,BEST.FACIAL.EVER!All the employees are kind and fun ! They are great to talk to!! It’s like being at home!!! The salon is beautiful, clean, and spacious!!! Worth every minute every penny!Book at the dollhouse today!!!

From the atmosphere to the staff to the overall experience it was amazing! The staff is kind, the service is professional , and they take time and courtesy. I got my hair done here and it was as just a smooth and pleasant experience. I'll definitely be making this a regular visit !

Had my nails done for the first time in years yesterday by Summer and I absolutely love them, she gave me exactly what I was looking for and was incredibly kind. The salon looks very clean and all the staff were very friendly. I really appreciated being able to book online as calling to book appointments is always nerve wracking for me. Overall I very much enjoyed my experience and I would definitely recommend it

Men need to be dolled as well!Was recommended to go to this place as I suffer from dry skin and needed a refresh.I was a bit nervous going in at first, as like most men I dont apply much thought or care to my skin.The staff here are very welcoming and thoroughly explained all of the services they offer to me as they could easily tell I was a beginner.I ended up going with the full facial treatment; my skin is very sensitive and i have eczema which was noted beforehand. The worker who helped me was very considerate and explained everything throughout the whole process, making this experience very easy for a first timer.The whole process was very relaxing and the substantial amount of gunk that was taken off my face was very satisfying as well.Overall this visit was an amazing first time and my skin has never felt better, I ended up going home with a new bag of skin care products which were used during the treatment. I needed a new regiment to start which they also helped guide me through. I will be returning, excellent service and beautiful building in the heart of downtown Brampton.
