My home was in desperate need of a new HVAC system, so I began calling around for quotes. Immediately I knew I was in the right hands with “Aussie Mike”, the owner. Mike was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all my questions and concerns. He provided a competitive price and the quality of work that followed was exceptional. It’s refreshing to see a company take so much pride in their work, and show me the customer the respect and attention that Aussie Mike with Clearview did. Highly recommend!

In the process of selling my home and buying a new place, I used Clearview for repairs and an air conditioning installation.I used to call the more well-known companies in town for HVAC/plumbing maintenance and repairs. After working with Michael, I won’t go back to another business.He’s professional, personable and I really feel that I can trust the work that he does as well as his price points. Clearview Mechanical is owned and operated by Michael who is very professional and knowledgeable. He managed to arrange our appointment very quickly and arrived on time . Mike is very thorough with his quality of work and offers a very reasonable service rate with excellent follow up of your home equipment results. 5 stars for Clearview !

Aussie Mike quickly identified the issue, explained the problem in layman’s terms - and at no time did I feel spoken ‘down to’ He has researched options and kept us informed on his findings, in a timely manner. On top of that he’s a great guy. I will have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends and we will definitely be using Clearview services for our future gas, plumbing and mechanical requirements.

As a woman I find it can be intimidating to hire a plumber and feel confident that you are not only getting a job well done but at a fair price, and I immediately felt 100% at ease! Mike did a wonderful job!He was on time and professional with his work. Mike ensured to explain the problems with the A/C and what steps needed to take place in order to complete the repair. I would definitely recommend his services to anybody’s HVAC needs!

Best service I’ve had from a plumber! Really appreciated the heads up with his Eta the day of. He was very professional and obviously has years of experience because he knew exactly the problem and was able to help quickly. Unfortunately the a/c unit is beyond repair but I trust Michael to help us find a new one that will last longer then 1 yr, but still within our budget. Will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

I've used Clearview for all my furnace, water heater, plumbing and air conditioning needs for the past 6 months now and I am consistently blown away by not only his speed and efficiency, but the price point and quality of his work I would say it unmatched in town.Aside from that Mike has a great way of breaking things down in a way thats easy for home owners to understand and showing you what you can do to keep your home operating in top condition.10/10 - Mike is my go to guy.
