This company moved my elderly parents from Toronto to Milton. The movers were absolutely amazing. They were quick, efficient but most of all very respectful of my parents concerns. My parents and I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a efficient, hassle free move.

Local company. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Onsite quotation. Reasonable rates for storing our belonging for a number of months till our new home out of province was ready. Office and driver kept us updated on status of delivery. Loading and unloading was seem-less. All staff from office to driver were excellent. Highly recommend.

I never thought moving could be so effortless. I reserved 2 box's from MI-Box back in August, one was stored in my shop and the other on my son's driveway. I called Linda at MI-Box to arrange for pickup and delivery of the first box, she made it happen the next day at the time I asked for. Once empty I called her to bring the 2nd box and it was done within the hour. When box #2 was empty I called back to have it picked up, that was on Thursday. I was told the earliest they could have it picked was Monday or Tuesday due to heavy work load and scheduling. I explained to Linda that my car was stuck in garage and couldn't get it out because the box was in the driveway, she said she would see what she could do...I'm not sure what super Hero she follows if any, but in my book she is WONDER WOMAN...the MI-BOX was picked 1 1/2 hours later. I have moved 4 or or 5 times and this last time was the easiest thanks largely in part to the staff at MI-BOX Milton...Thank you very much to Linda and all the staff at Scannell Moving & Storage!!!

What a great experience! The moving team was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They moved me from my 5 story townhouse to a 2 story townhouse with ease. This is my family's second move with Scannell and we will not be using any other companies in the future, only Scannell! Thank you so much, team :)

From the very first phone call we had, all staff at Scannell’s were a pleasure to deal with. We moved from Mississauga to London with Scannell’s at the end of May 2017 during their busiest season. We had team leader, Chris, and his crew members, Ian and Matty pack and move us. We were surprised at their level of professionalism, expertise, focused hard work, politeness, and good humour. We’ve moved several times before but never with a company of this calibre. Everything went as planned; there was no damage to any of our belongings; the team worked together like magic. Wonderful experience! Mibox and movers came on time and completed the move from the house to the Mibox container in 1 hour.The guys were fast, efficient, kind and respectful. Great care was taken on all my belongings, and they were very smart on how they packed all the boxes and items so that everything fit.Will definitely use them again!

I really enjoyed this service and recommend them to anyone looking store items. I rented a storage unit for my driveway for 15 months while I underwent major renovation. They were able to accommodate my very steep driveway (which most companies were not interested in helping once they heard slope")

We love Scannell Moving & Storage! Every aspect of our move and storage was expertly planned and executed. Chris was a joy to work with for the planning & scheduling and the crew of movers (John, Aaron, Jay and Ian) were very hard working but at the same time funny loving and always careful and professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for moving and storage services. We would use no other company.

I'll get right to the point. While the actual moving team was excellent - friendly, courteous and efficient - the front office was not. The customer service is terrible. I had an issue with my quote and overall price, and no one was even willing to try to understand my concerns, let alone resolve them. The administrative coordinator and dispatch manager both explained to me the owner was the only person who could address and/or resolve my issue. I called the office 6 times over the course of several weeks, and every time they said the owner wasn't in the office and that he would get back to me. That never happened. Total lack of professionalism from the owner.

We would like to thank all the staff at Scannell for all the fantastic service they provided for our recent move. Having never used a company before we had no idea what the experience would be and we were very impressed with Ian and the boys who guided us through the process on the day. They knew what to do and did very fast and efficient. We had a 3 hour drive to our new home and a slight delay in getting the keys but they got everything in the house no problem.We would definitely recommend this company and would have no hesitation in using the company again, for the price it was well worth having someone else carry all the heavy stuff, we are too old to be hurt...Nothing was broken and we are now settled in and enjoying our new town, thanks once again Scannell.
