Jamais personne pour te repondre, et service a la reception tres lent 6a8hrs d'attende pour une demi hrs de dompage bravo et belle perte de temps......

No professionals working there ! Came with a full truck load for them, went to the receiving, but door was locked and nobody answered to my knocking! Went to the main office and the secretary told me to try again checking all the doors to see if I can find someone! After 10 min I found a young man, polite working on a forklift that , searched for someone who can unload me, for him I gave it 2 stars, otherwise it would received just 1. So finally I got a door, after that empty in 30 min. The hard part is to find someone, to unload you. The guys from the main office, the management, seems like they don’t care about this business. Anyway a 2 star experience is a 2 star experience!

Management complications keep this multi million dollar location from running antwhere near optimally.

I don’t know what was going on but I waited over 4 hours for this customer to give me the “go-ahead” to unload and it was over 5 hours total for a job that should have easily been completed in 45 minutes. I suspect it has something to do with one employee being responsible for the scale (in and out), sampling and testing, clean up, moving rail cars, etc. The young guy is friendly and ambitious but he clearly needs some help and management is obviously asleep at the switch.
