I had a really bad experience here. I had to pay over 200 dollars for a battery cord replacement. My computer was not charging, I took it into him and he told me there was motherboard issues and charged me 150$ for the fix. It charged for an hour and then completely stopped working. I took it back to him and he told me that the charging cord that connects to the battery is the issue and he said he'd order one to replace it. I had to wait over a month and he charged me 50 extra dollars even though the 150$ I had originally paid did nothing for the computer, to replace that (I had found the same parts online for 10$) . Finally the issue seemed to be fine. Two weeks after I had been using it, it stopped working again. I messaged him telling him the issue and he completely ignored me. I would not recommend this place to anyone with the lack of professionalism.

Amazing service! Nandana managed to troubleshoot my problem within literally minutes and offered a replacement cable for my laptop. I was in and out in 10 minutes with a working laptop

I dropped off a laptop for repair and when it was returned, there were screws missing and others not tightened and falling out in my car, on the way home from picking it up. Also, the wifi no longer worked, and the entire laptop stopped working again after a month. I've concluded that the underlying issue was never actually repaired. I would not recommend this place. Pay a few extra bucks and find a professional repair place.

I highly recommend everyone sufferring from PC malfuctions in the Calgary area to check that with Mr. Nandana. My laptop was down with blue screen troubles and went into cyclic power on and off on Easter Sunday, and I was lucky to find Mr. Nandana based on the many positive feedbacks he received here. He's genuinely professional, reliable and kind as described by others. Based on his expertise and previous experience working in a large electronics company, he adeptly diagnosed my hardware, and found and solved the real problem so that my computer was brought back to life within ~ 2 hours after I sent it to his place. I'm also impressed by his clear explanations of the causes, impacts and solutions of the problem and his kind willingness of offering me tips of preventing same issues from happening again. The price is quite reasonable and I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

We can't thank you enough for figuring out how to fix our Surface pro. We've been having nothing but issues with the screen and then suddenly it just was stuck on the blue screen no matter what solution Microsoft support told us to do. My computer was unusable, couldn’t even reset it. However after getting repaired here, it works perfectly fine. He made sure to tell me what the issue was and how much is it going to cost, no hidden charges. Price is really fair (only charges for parts and labour, which is extremely cheap) and the service is excellent. Took less than 24 hours to fix my unusable computer. Got to know that this guy was from my own community and is someonen I used to know, so made me very comfortable reaching up to him. I took my studio computer, which was very important to me. He got it repaired in no time, didn't charge a diagnosis fee, told me the parts that were bought at what price, whole process was transparent, in the end charged a minimal fee for all. Even gave me a discount for not being there when I visited the place. Very convenient to visit at any time of the day.
