Terrible, might as well close this branch and save the members $$ no point in having an advice brand and a bank machine that's managed worse the a 5 year olds lemonade stand, was looking to move banks, this is the branch that helped me pack.

I was initially leery with stepping away from the Big 5, but I am absolutely glad I did. I am now enjoying cheaper banking with a friendly atmosphere. The group at Binbrook have been absolutely welcoming and always ready with a coloring book to entertain my kid. Recently completed my mortgage and dealing with Agnes B. has been awesome. Agnes is completely knowledgeable and responded to all of my communication with a sense of urgency. While running my mortgage in a rush scenario she identified another opportunity to save me money and took it on just as fast. Step away from the Big 5 and enjoy being a part owner.
