Very friendly staff, Kristine is an angel. The practitioner couldn’t not perform my test due to her not having certification. Kristine went above n beyond calling all clinics and trying to find an appointment for the same day.

My mom was seen by the clinician Lyndsey earlier this month. Mom was was anxious in the days leading up to the appointment. Lyndsey was wonderful! She is so patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Every step of the appointment was explained in detail. It’s evident she truly cares about her patients and is passionate about her job. She answered all our questions thoughtfully and didn’t make us feel silly. I’d like to add the receptionist was very attentive and kind also! Very impressed.

Vincent Chow, Audiologist is knowledgeable, reliable, focused and true professional. He is very compassionate and truly cares patient. He listens and give time to understand people’s needs.Receptionist Christina is very friendly efficient, helpful and supportive. She always welcome patient with smile.The service we received at this clinic was exceptionally well. I would highly recommend this clinic to those considering hearing aids.
