Ali, store manager: extremely rude ! Guess should be ashamed of hiring such a manager who can’t assist customer.Hello GUESS!! Customer service?Pulled out card from underneath the table mentioning items can’t be returned for refund if you bought during Christmas.. no One has mentioned that to me when it was purchased!So now my option will be merchandise credit must be used in certain period of time!! I was angry at that point.Well I called customer service line and told them about the issue why I want to return the item. He called store and other manager mentioned if it is not final sale he will give refund.. or GIFT card (not the merchandise credit as per Ali)

I have a high respect with brand but with what i had experienced lately, it changed my view. I got a reflective jacket from their store this christmas and it got ripped on the back (i dont know how but it has 2-3 ripped) and i brought it back to the store for exchange or refund but they did not accomodate me as they said the damage was not their fault. They do not acknowledged how poor the quality of their productis

I was at this Guess store yesterday & the store had 40% sales on watches & 30% off of other purchases. I received awesome fantastic customer service from 1 of the girls who is from Montreal. She went far & beyond with what I was looking for was patient with me start to finish as I explained to her the items were gifts for a friend who had the identical physical appearance to her in the items I was looking for. Start to finish she presented me with options that she thought would be a great fit. She never pushed me into purchasing or recommended the highest price. The store manager also helped me find the item that wasnt the floor model in the back. Both made sure my experience was top-notch. Overall the best customer retail experience ive ever had shopping at a brand name store.

Went to return a regular priced jean one Monday but was refused because they didn’t accept anymore returns that day (cap on daily return)! Seriously? Never have that problem with any stores ever!!!! They lost me!

Rude employees they are happy when you buy .. when you need to return something .. they dont like it...They won't tell you when you purchase.. they don't even know the meaning of extended return policy .. sticked and argued with that is only one month return..Looks like they get bonuses depend on sales.. so they will bite you if you return..Specially this two gentlemen shuld be awarded for being rude.. and yes the girl working there too.

Horrible and terrifying experience, Asked for a refund of a coat and the manager started sniffing the coat!!!!, claimed that there are discolouration and told us it was dirty. other customers were watching. we were humiliated. the coat had its tags on and was not worn. I asked her for her name and she said NO and walked away on us!!!! left us standing at the counter. I have never been humiliated like this in my life. I had a child with me and we were embarrassed, everyone was looking and pitying us. she left us while we were talking to her. shocked. will never go back. Racist and rude

The lady there told me she has reached the limit to return for the day and she can do a exchange or give me a store credit. Just to keep the sale in stire she lied to me about that and told me she is the Manager. I called guess customer service and they told me there is no such thing as a limit of refunds and she is also not the manager at that store. Inconvenience for me to return through the mail to Guess Canada. Customer service at this shop is not professional at all, reps using phones all the time and not caring about customers. Rude employees and disgusting customer service.

The store currently is open to sales (discount)and stunning classy ladies purse and bags. The staff are well knowledgeable and great communication skill.It’s located in Saskatoon, Midtown mall.
