Culligan of Pembroke

Try book online appt they didnt show up was told the appt didnt go through. Call the on call person over weekend was to it was a plumbing issue when it wasnt. Have appt for monday call in today because i have no water pressure upstair while washer is filling. Culligan told us no one can come before monday appt. This has been on going for 2 weeks. Would not recommend them.

For the last 4 years, Culligan of Pembroke has generously donated water for my daughter's Memorial Run. The Krista Johnson Memorial Run for Change has accomplished many things due to the proceeds from this run. Our participants are very grateful to have this water available to them. From the initial contact to pick up, Peter and his team at Culligan have been wonderful to deal with! A big thank you from us!!

I love the fact that you can refill your large water bottles for your drinking coolers rather than buy all the little plastic ones here. With that being said they do not have very good business hours. The place is always busy when u am there so dont understand why they are open such short hours especially on Saturdays.

Pembroke Fire Dept is very thankful to Pete at Culligan Water Pembroke for donating water for our recent ChiliFest. All donations are very important in helping us give back to local charities. This year was another success and could not be possible without the help of local businesses. Thanks to All at Culligan.

The booking receptionist is extremely rude and arrogant. Their customer service is terrible and they do not follow through with appointments. Don't waste your time like we did trying to get anyone to service their machine.Update: tried yet again to have the softener serviced. No one could be bothered to actually schedule an appointment so we ripped it out and it now belongs to the dump. Replaced it with a local company since Culligan couldn't be bothered to do thr work.or even follow through with appointments.

Great installation, quick service and filling an 18 liter is fast with their system. Call em up to see what they have to delivery.

Because of the high calcium in our well water I've been buying the 10-refills-for-$30 ticket books and refilling two 5-gallon Culligan bottles at a time. This has been a weekly stop for roughly ten years and always went nice and quick until I did some permanent damage to my back about 1-1/2 years ago. I carried a couple empty jugs into the shop, refilled them and.... (here's a copy of my Facebook post from that day) ~ Big shout out to Sylvia at Culligan's Pembroke. I think it was Monday(?) was in getting two refills and you stepped in to carry my 5 gallon waters back out and loaded them in the wagon. This is the kind of service that keeps me buying local!
