Arbor Tech Tree Care

I arranged delivery of 2 full bush cords for $650, 'Arbortec did not deliver or even call. I waited one week for them to contact me, but nobody called and when I called to follow up I was told their son had a motorcycle accident. I told them that I understand and that I will wait. I was told that I would receive my wood in 2 weeks; again no delivery, no call back or follow up. When I call to find out why, I am told that the other son has covid, and that I should not expect any wood! I asked mom (Diane) to honor our agreement and deliver the wood because I need it, not to mention that I have waited for many weeks, and I asked her to have her son (Brent) call me. Another 2 weeks, and no call or delivery! I just called again and mom (Diane) says the boys are too busy to deal with this" and can't deliver!!! You can decide for yourself if you want to deal with this company!"

Arbour Tech did a beautiful job . I'd hire them back in a heartbeat. I consider myself lucky to have found them.

Arbor tech was prompt and professional, falling our large ash tree and taking care not to damage my neighbors garden. I will definitely use this company again for future work.

This is the second time we’ve used Arbor Tech and they are an extremely professional company. Brent and his crew were prompt, efficient and professional.We had a 100 ft and 100+ year old basswood tree with a huge split down the center that had to come down before it fell down on the house or the public sidewalk. Brent went out of his way to make sure this job was done right away so it wouldn’t endanger anyone. The crew was here on time and went straight to work. Arbor Tech had all the right equipment needed to do the job and the tree was down and everything was cleaned up and taken away in an amazing time. The whole team worked well together.

The cleanup is as cared about and tidy as their tree pruning, limbing and removal is. Will use again and highly recommend!

We needed a big tree and 3 stumps removed. I got quotes from 5 different places, theirs was the cheapest but interestingly they were the most professional. They were the only ones to mention checking the gas line first and sure enough we had a line running clear across where the tree is. They were on time, with all their trucks and equipment and at least 5 guys to make the work efficient. They cleaned up beautifully and left the lawn cleaner than when they arrived. Also removed some tree branches my husband had left without us asking. Really appreciate the service and would highly recommend!!

This company is amazing from the quote to the removal of our tree. The experience is amazing. I highly recommend this company and we will use them again. Great companies have great leaders. The team dynamic is wonderful to see. Everyone plays a key role and I just can't say enough great things. You won't be disappointed.

We just had a huge nuisance tree removed from our back yard. Arbor Tech did an excellent job, quickly and neatly. We asked them to leave the logs for firewood so they cut up the trunk into pieces we could easily split and use next year. Every piece of scrap was removed, leaving us with nothing to clean up. We have a few other trees we would like removed, so we will definitely be calling them again. Excellent work guys. Thank you. We really appreciate it!

In a time when so many businesses suffer from poor customers service, it is important to recognize those doing it right! The staff and service technicians at Arbor Tech Tree Care in Manilla are excellent at what they do. Professional, careful and tidy. They even sucked up the sawdust!
