Was returning Sony ear buds that were no longer working after only 4 months use. At first I was told I would have to deal with Sony directly. The manager took it upon himself to call. After several attempts and finally being cut off from the incessant phone prompts, the manager simply replaced the ear buds. I was so very pleased that this manager and the Source valued me as a customer and made things right. Rarely do you come across this kind of customer service . Bravo

The Source Rocks! After a month of problems with no phone reconnect from Virgin Plus, & a lot of hard working on their part, it is now reconnected! A big huge shout out to mybell buddy Pranshu! He has soooo much patience, & helped me more then he knows! Thanks to the Source, at Station Mall, in Sault Ste Marie!

My husband and I went to The Source in Sault Ste. Marie to upgrade our phones and get some questions answered. Sunny was amazing, very helpful & kind. He answered all of our questions and helped up set up both our phones. While helping us, he also took care of other customers that came into the store. He is very dedicated to his job. We enjoyed talking to him and his co-worker. Both of them ended up staying a little late to help us. Because of this service we will definitely be back.Thank you for all your help sunny.
