Do not choose this shop. The guys are super rude and not helpful. Refused to repair tire at 4:30Pm. Says we can’t deal with low profile tires. What a tire shop who don’t deal with low profile tires ? Must be a negative star.

I had a low tire warning after travelling on Highway 3 which had so many potholes it could eat a small car. So I booked in and they looked at it thoroughly, confirmed it was fine and didn't charge me for their time. Much appreciated the honesty.

Straight forward, polite service, reasonable price. Thank you very much! Will definitely return next time I need any tire action!

I recently went to A & A Tire because one of my tires was very low of air. It was 4:45 pm and being a block from my office thought they would look after my tire before it went flat. When I pulled into their parking lot I noticed an employee vacuuming I'm sure was his car. He noticed me walk into the office yet after waiting a few minutes for him to come talk to me, which he didn't, I went into the garage area. I asked him if he could fix my going flat tire which surprisingly in a very cold dismissive tone said we're closed. I said its not even your posted closing time and he just turned his back to me to finish cleaning his car. WOWI then drove a few blocks to another tire shop who were actually locking their door for the day yet once he saw my going flat tire opened his business and fixed my tire which had a nail in it.NEVER AGAIN will I frequentA & A Tire.Update: October 19th, I purchased a set of 4 Michelin Agilis tires from the tireshop who fixed my flat.

Tirecrafts stores allways do their best. Its the customer with unreal expectations that provides the bad experience. Many times unknowingly they set up the store manager to fail. Only the store manager and sales advisors knows this can happen on a daily basis.

Excellent service….we had a problem with our boat trailer tires. Ended up paying very little and it didn’t take long at all. No wait lines ups.

Jimmy provided honest service, a competitive price and a great smile. He even offered his car so I could run some errands. What a nice guy! Thanks to Jimmy and his team for making my repairs easy.
