We got the couples lesson/massage for Christmas. It was amazing. We were made to feel very comfortable and given very personalized tips for our specific issues and limitations. We felt very happy and relaxed at the end of our session. Thank you!

I had a last minute booking which completed my fabulous spa day. I arrived for a 4:30 relaxation/ aromatherapy massage and was surprised (despite apparently having been informed in the appointment text - I didn't read - oops lol) to have Brian - a male masseuse... my first male masseuse... and, although I had some internal hesitancy at first, I'm very glad to have had him do my massage. He was very professional and paid close attention to details such as my shoulder issues- to ensure comfort was top priority! He was extremely pleasant and did a wonderful massage! Glad to have had this experience and I will definitely be back!

I cannot speak highly enough of my manicure experience with Èvie. It’s been a week and my shellac manicure still looks brand new. Her attention to detail and excellent skill resulted in the best manicure I’ve ever had! Clean, detailed, top quality. Highly recommend!!

I love pedicures!I have been to many different spas on the lower mainland but what I experienced at Matisse was wonderful and superseded my expectations.Cozy, clean and attentive! An actual full hour of making my feet feel good and look beautiful. I think I found my new spot.

2019-Only had one service here. Hot stone massage but Cheryl she was wonderful. Great masseuse, personable, honest, and entertaining. Highly recommend. Not much parking around so plan to arrive a bit early incase you need to circle around or park farther away.2022-Had my second appointment with Cheryl. Funny I was pretty sure I saw her last time but it had been a while and I'm not always good with names but then I saw my previous post and it verified my suspicionsAbsolutely would still recommend. Very intuitive. It hurt but I feel so much better- also she checks in regularly which is great. Nothing worse than not knowing if it's supposed to hurt. Since its our bodies signal to stop normally! Im admittedly kind of a baby. But I will also try to grin and bear because some pain now to work that tension out is definitely worth having significantly less pain later. I was practically crippled 5 days ago

Had a facial here for the first time, with Evie, and it was very nice. Relaxing. My face felt so good after, very moisturized. There was face, hand, arm, and neck massage along with the facial products. It was a nice treat. The downside is that they javelin cheapened the inage of their salon by selling MLM Essential Oils in there. It was a real turn off.

I was in today at 11- Rayllynn was wonderful however Pedicure and manicure was nice but I was in sticker shock with the $42 nail polish remover at the end of my service—-/ $42 to remove previous polish—- outrageous!!! With $25 tip $215 for pedi mani —- I won’t be back .

Cheryl, will make you feel new again, I can't say enough about my experience, It was pure heaven.

This is a beautiful, high end salon, employing highly experienced professional staff. I am a former registered nurse, so professionalism and cleanliness are really important to me. I feel 100% confident that I will get the best possible skin care here. The aestheticians not only do amazing facials, but know intuitively what is causing the skin flare ups, therefore are looking at the patient holistically as well. Luxurious setting.
