I called them last September because of a faulty air conditioner they had installed that was under warranty. They told me the oil was leaking and I was entitled to have the unit replaced. The rep told me probably on back order because the end of season. I had no immediate rush as weather was going to get cooler and didn’t need asap. However every time I call now they don’t answer the phone or say they will call me back and nothing. Be careful about them installing faulty machines and not honouring the warranty. I am now forced to purchase a new AC this spring.Companies like this should be shut down! SCAMMERS!*UPDATE*. After leaving the review I received a text from Charles saying that they are scheduling spring repairs for April. Once the repair is done properly I will update my rating to reflect the service received - March 15Update. I have improved the rating to 4 stars as they have replaced the ac unit and completed follow ups with me to confirm all is working. I wish they handled it this way from the beginning

Our furnace went on the blink and we were speaking with someone immediately to trouble shoot. We needed a new furnace and it was here and installed almost the same day.Staff were great and service beyond reproach.We had an air conditioner installed by them prior so this level of service is consistent.

I called Menard Heating & Cooling to book a furnace maintenance and the following week Luc went over my 4 year old furnace and discovered that the gas pressure entering my unit was much too high. This, not only uses more gas than necessary but will reduce the life expectancy of your furnace. I have dealt with Menard Heating & Cooling on 2 occasions for 2 different homes and find their services and quality of repairs top notch. I would highly recommend this company for any A/C or furnace work you may have.

Rick Menard Heating & Cooling installed an air source heat pump to replace my gas furnace. They were informative and helpful and did a good job. I'm a happy customer.

We were very impressed with our entire experience with this company from receiving the quote to paying the final bill. All your staff is knowledgeable, professional, and conscientious.I was particularly impressed with Alain and Frank who did the installation. They worked diligently and conscientious all day to get the job done for us and cleaned up so well that you wouldn't even have know that they had been in the basement. I have to add that it was great to have had 2 such happy installers do the job. I could hear them talking and laughing while they worked; it was very refreshing to see people who enjoy their work. Called Rick Menard on Friday night as our furnace was not working. They walked us through some troubleshooting but unfortunately did not work. They had a technician come out the next morning to check it out, still would not work. They scheduled us in first thing Monday morning for a new furnace. Within a few hours we had heat again. They also waved the emergency fee for the Saturday call which we were not expecting. We have dealt with Rick Menard a few times in the past and without a doubt would recommend to anyone that requires heating and or cooling needs.

First time using their service, pretty straight forward. Helpful since this was for a property I manage remotely but they were easy to work with for an AC checkup and eventually replacement.Tenant took pics of their work and it looks pretty good and tidy. Great job!Thanks Luc & Dennis.

Rick Menard Heating and Cooling determined that speedy repairs or replacement of the furnace would be in order to avoid a shutdown just before a major winter storm coming around te corner. We opted for replacement as the furnace had served us well for many years and was at the end of its viable life.Within a few days the furnace was ready for installation and their expert installers Adrian G and Thomas M were impressive in their efficiency and cleanliness during the installation. They made sure all flooring was protected from any outdoor dirt and the removal of the old furnace, and left the premises in cleaner condition than before! We were ready to deal with any cold the winter chose to send our way.The Menard Team were prompt and informative in their response to any questions we had. It was a pleasure dealing with them and we recommend Rick Menard Heating and Cooling to anyone requiring a reliable and knowledgeable HVAC provider.
