Went there on Mother’s Day with my kids and was not impressed my son ordered a waffle which he couldn’t eat as it was rock hard, my chicken Cesar Wrap was so salty. One waitress poured the coffee to the point of spilling it. Our waiter was awesome five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as it was busy and loud.

Ordered Gluten free Bun on burger due to Celiac Disease. Got my meal and it looked too good to be gf lol. I asked the server if the bun was gluten free and she said oh no, it's not. I went to wash my hands and heard her in the kitchen say, this needs a gluten free bun on it. I stuck my head in the kitchen and said no I need an entirely new meal. Hours later and I'm in pain. Definitely wasn't a safe experience this time around.

The place is family friendly. The servers are pleasant ans efficient. I did notice they didn't have steak available for 2 consecutive weekends that we dined. The pasta for their spaghetti was unavailable as well and they told us they're using the pasta for the fettucini. Too bad, we didn't get to order what we were craving but the Teriyaki rice we ordered was great so we were happy still.

Stopped at this White Spot on my way home from the Coast. Ordered one of their new breakfasts. Cinnamon Brioche Waffle & Savoury Potato Stack. The waffle was dry and so were the apples. There was no salted caramel anywhere to be found. Our server did not come check on us once, only to bring us our bill at the end. She never even asked how everything was. Very disappointed. The only reason we even left a 10% tip was because the dishwasher might have deserved something. Will not be back.

I always order the Brie and mushroom veggie burger and add crispy bacon. It’s always delicious. It’s been awhile since I’ve been here and have been trying to healthier so it was a treat to come here. I have been eating white spot since I was a child. I can’t remember the compared to when I was a child but i remember I always enjoyed the bc chicken burger or beef burger back then and the fries were also always good dipped in triple o sauce. Today I opted for the farro power salad bowl with salmon added on. The salad was well dressed - not overdressed. It could have used some more nuts, cheese, and farro.. it was mostly spinach. The salmon was was dry and not seasoned properly. My wife ordered the veggie burger with crispy bacon and I had a few bites of her burger. It was delicious but I noticed they have drastically cut down on the amount of Brie they used to put on the burger. Prices go up but ingredients go down. My wife had fries with her burger and I had a couple, still delicious I would say. The waitress was very friendly. Most restaurants are disappointing these days so I’m glad it wasn’t a big let down going to one of my old favourites. If the owner is reading this: never overcook your salmon, please. Fish is so delicate and it shouldn’t be so dry you can’t swallow it without water.

Fantastic day out. We started our day out with lunch which was so tasty! All of the staff/guides were so kind. Our group of six went rafting with our amazing guide Lucy(tells good jokes). Would highly recommend and if I was to give one tip; listen to your guide with intent to understand!

We arrived at 1:55 pm, after lunch rush with 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 baby on the hottest day in a while. We were seated within 5 minutes and then waited for 10 minutes to have our drink order taken, but after one of us had already went around the restaurant searching for a server to bring us waters. The hostess ended up bringing us our water and explained that she had told 3 servers we were seated here and none of them were willing to take the table yet. At the end of the meal, we were given a bill with something that we didn't order on it. We then waited about another 10 minutes for the server to come by with the machine so we could pay. We told them we didn't order that and due to the poor service we weren't paying for the cheapest thing on our bill ($6). The server got the manager who came over and after explaining the entire situation and all about the poor service he rudely replied did you ask for a manager at all during this". I'm not sure how we were supposed to ask for a manager when we couldn't even find a server to bring us waters. He said he would take it off the bill and after another 5 minutes he came back and said they couldn't sort out the receipt and take off what we didn't order so we didn't have to pay. It would've been nice for the manager to just come by and apologize for the awful service instead of being aggressive right off the bat. I will never return to this location and wouldn't recommend anyone else go here."

great place.never thought id go to white spot regularly, but i enjoy going by myself. one of the few places where you arent looked at judgementally if youre alone.food is always food, love their cobbler.staff are always kind and welcoming.

We went to White Spot and had a family meal with my son, his wife, and his two young boys. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The boys got the Pirate Packs they wanted, and the adults each got a meal they enjoyed. The restaurant got busy, but we weren't rushed. All in all, it was a very pleasant meal. We will be going back.

Tried, tested and true. The food options and selection at White Spot are always great and I especially enjoy the Chilliwack location since one usually doesn't have to wait long for a spot. White Spot is one of the best chain restaurant options because they truly have something for everybody. Pirate packs are great for the kids.
