Amazing matcha & hojicha tea & latte & tea-infused baked goods, such as cookies & bubble waffles! Most of their teas are not sweet at all, but also have options to add pearls to have it as a bubble tea!The staff was very friendly, and they also got stamp cards to collect, which is always something to look forward to for returning customers. The only thing is that this small place has limited seating (4 tables total, with very few chairs), so it can get crowded and noisy quite easily, and not the best place to sit down for a long time.

Resist the urge to get boba and try to enjoy the tea in its full fragrant body. They’re doing something cool here. Keeps the integrity of the tea while appealing to a crowd that isn’t used to drinking plain tea. Would be cool to see tea “Americanos” here too.Had their summer drink — Rose Obsidian Jasmine, I believe. Really good if you like a roasted, floral vibe.

I went there around lunch time with a friend. We ordered the Hojicha and a few waffles. The tea was sooooo good. I really enjoyed the creaminess of the tea. The original waffle was super crispy and my friend said her ham waffles are really good too.We are disappointed that they only had 3 tables and a couch. There were a few people who sat there on their computers working away. I think they should have a limited time for people to stay if they are on their computers with a drink.

Got the ROJO today and it was amazing! The rose flavor is just perfectly delight the taste to the another level. The black tea based milk tea with pearls is also good! If you like strong tea flavor this definitely a perfect option! Definitely will come back next time when traveling to Vancouver!

Came in to sit for an hour to do some work. The drink will be served in a cup for sit in which is very good for the environment. Houjicha was introduced to me as their signature and the bubble tea version I got was very good. The tea taste was there and the pearls were chewy. Highly recommend this place for the Houjicha. Washroom available and also very clean.

The hojicha pumpkin spiced (purée) soy latte was not sour, not too rich, nor too sweet. It was a perfect balance of flavours and had a smooth full body texture.

I've dined here twice and both times the service was great, and so were the food and drinks. I ordered the iced hojicha with pearls, and tried a variety of their pastries. It is a little pricey but a delicious treat once in a while. One thing I would suggest in terms of the ambience would be for the entrance door to have self-closing hinges. Every time a customer would walk in, the door would stay open until someone notices to close it.

Real tea drinks that are made when ordered. It takes some time for them to make the drinks so I hope you aren’t in a rush. But the wait is worth it! Love the decor in the place and the staff is very friendly!

Nice place to chill with a drink and some snack. The mango hojicha oat is refreshingly good. Half the sugar will be even better. The tea-infused mochi bubble waffle is heaven. Crispy outside and chewy center. It’s another level of bubble waffle.I took one star off because all tables are covered in water stain and waffle crumbs. No one cleaned the tables, not even once in a while.
