Recently bought a shoe pair from this store, their staff did a mistake to print a name on a bill, I wrote the name on card and give to the staff to avoid printing mistake, staff again printed a wrong first and last name then manager came over and behaved very RUDELY, also she did not want to help and said it is not my responsibility to do this even her staff did mistake, she was look like a manager of the store, I don’t the name of her but this incident happened on Tuesday 27th December around 7 pm. Please take action against this kind of behaviour.

As soon as I walked in yesterday Jeremy I think thats his name" made us feel like family. He knew his job 100% and people like that should be running a business. My buddy and I left empty-handed and looked in the other stores. We had to go back the 2ed time because "Jeremy" made an Awesome impression with us and we wanted to do business with him. Check out this store and hopefully "Jeremy or Jordan" are working. This young man deserves a raise or a promotion!!! Never let anyone take your smile away J"

This place is amazing! Amina was so patient and just wonderful with us. My boyfriend’s mum really needed custom solutions to her feet ache and Amina went above and beyond in finding the right fit for her! I love her. She really gave us legendary customer experience! I will get all my family and friends to the Sketchers in Halifax Shopping Center just because of her!

I have visited 2 to 3 places but I never expected end up making decisions in Skechers as it was looking confusing to me based on various products but Amina and Ellie made it the most beautiful journey..they helped by suggesting the best of deals and it really helped to get the best one .. thank you both !!!

Went in to get shoes for my 2 kids (3 and 8) and Sofia was great at sizing and finding the right fit for my daughter's! She showed me waterproof shoes and nonmarking soles which was awesome! Thank you again for being so patient (my girls are picky haha) We left as two very happy little girls and one very happy mom!
