I called the doctor's office on behalf of my Family Friend. The Receptionist/Secretary had the Typical Unprofessional Attitude on the phone and face to face. This is not good when brining Patients to the office. Doctors should take into consideration that this will affect their business and Dr. SHAROBIM's Office. Other patients feel the same way. This needs to change. Can't be unprofessional and be lazy to look into things for the patients if help is needed. She's not fit for the job. Please be aware

I would highly recommend everyone to go to this location!Instead of walking in, i called in advance to see if they have room.Nora was excellent at addressing the urgency of the matter. She scheduled my appointment for 12:15pm and I was talking to Dr. Sharobim at 12:16 pm.If you have been to the doctors office lately, you know the wait times are ridiculous!

Walked in with severe pain they took me right away, got me medicine all within 30 minutes. Last night I went to shoppers for pain medicine and was waiting for 1 hour for the pharmacist to get everything organized. Way better experience especially if your in pain and need help asap

Dr. Monica and the receptionists are helpful and professional. Although I am a walk-in patient, Dr. Monica provides everything I needed at that moment. That's so important for a pregnant during the pregnancy. Thank you so much, Dr. Monica!

Absolutely amazed by the entire visit! The lady who answered the phone was wonderful, friendly and very welcoming. The doctor called me within a hour, and even though I had never been there before, asked me to go in to see her immediately. (I did’nt have an emergency so this was so welcomed after not seeing my family doctor for two years,). The doctor, Dr. Sherbin (spelling ??) was out of this world! I even asked her if she accepted patients full time because I would move all my records without a second thought! I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, consideration and just overall caring about me! Blessings, always.....

Dr. and recepionest are very nice. Waiting time is no longer than 30 minuntes, younger kids are also accepted, highly recommended.

I have been going to this dental office since 2005. The team is so welcoming! Ethel, the hygienist, is extremely down to earth. She makes it feel like a second home. Lets not forget, Dr. is female! Highly recommend!

I am beyond grateful to have Dr.Monica as my doctor. She is always kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable in what steps to take for treatment. She is always reliable in doing the tests that need to be done and following up or referring to a specialist. I can always tell her my exact symptoms without the fear of being judged. I think she truly cares for each one of her patients.
