Richard arrived on time, calling to confirm beforehand. Very pleased with the job done and advice given as we are novices. Very clean and tidy worker. I would recommend the service and will be booking our next annual sweep.

Green Leaves were great. arrived within the time window stated and cleaned the chimney no problem. also made sure to clear up all mess. even we so far as to offer advice and give me some ins and outs of what he was doing. couldn't recommend more

Booked for next day sweep. Arrived on time and kept a safe distance from me and my young children, given the pandemic. Explained clearly what the process involved and happy to answer questions. All done quickly and no mess left behind! Will definitely be using again.

Very unreliable no contact made when it was obvious he wouldn't be able to keep his appointment. He obviously thinks his time is more important than ours. Only use him if you have all day to wait for him.

Top rated chimney sweep and installation engineer. Safety is their top priority, I always go back to Richard for sweeps and maintenance. Cant recommend enough!

Five star service from Richard. Prompt call out to inspect our chimney and stove, and advise us on best plan of action for replacing the stove to a more up to date and safer option. Sound and trustworthy advice, really professional but personable too. Installed our new stove and covered every detail possible, really tidy workmanship throughout and the finished result is just what we wanted.Also, great quality and good value logs, delivered!We'll definitely be booking in for our annual sweep with Richard and restocking our log store with him each time too.

Have engaged Greenleaves services as Chimney Sweep for ourselves and our next door neighbour's several years running. Richard has always been easy to contact, reliable and is obviously very knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I’ve used Richard for the last four years, however I would not recommend him. He was scheduled to do our annual sweep today between 1pm and 3pm, but he decided to cancel at 3pm. His reason was it was ‘to far away and it wasn’t worth it’. He knew my address when I booked, so why make the appointment if it wasn’t in his radius. He could have called first thing this morning so I wasn’t inconvenienced, but instead he let me take the afternoon off work and sit in my house waiting for him for several hours. Highly unprofessional!
