Beautiful space

Love the brightness and high ceilings of this space, definitely my favorite wework in Toronto.

I was here in early-Dec 2022 as I needed somewhere to work for half a day before my flight. Since it was right next door to Sonder where I was, I decided to try WeWork for the first time.I used the promocode for the first visit and it was $25 per day for a coworking space. Checking in was easy and you are given a WeWork access card which can be used at other WeWork location (after checking in).There are a few levels and it seems the area where the pantry/kitchen is more popular. I found a table near the window which was great.However, in terms of amenities and help from the staff, I find it pales in comparison with some Flexday locations.

The staff here are great and the space is welcoming. This location does not have as many amenities as your average we work but it makes up for it with lots of charm !

Unfriendly staff who are unwelcoming to new wework members.I used this location three times and found the staff to be very cold and uncaring. Hell, I even bought the front desk some cookies and donuts to cheer them up (literally!) and I still got a cold stare and no reaction.Wework: you need to sort out how you deal with new entrepreneurs and members of the community. I was treated appallingly at the One University location and David Essig was useless and didn’t care about my harassment issue where staff treated me unfairly and really badly.I’m a human being. The very least you can do is show respect to other people.Sort out your community engagement. This should be escalated to the US team.

Worst WeWork I've ever been to. There are no comfortable seatings if you want to sit long hours so it feels more like a coffee shop than a place for work. I only come here since its closer to home but I always end up leaving here with a sore back/shoulders.
