Just DON T GO there if you are not obliged. This is the worst LCBO in Ontario. Disrespectful service. Like THE WORST. Like, GO TO THE BREWING COMPANY! THEY ARE GREAT and the beer is okay. Not so much choice anyway. Or change avoid the blond lady who s not very nice. The man is great and nice. Though.

This location is well stocked and organized. The staff are helpful and friendly.They have a wide selection of Ontario craft beer as well as all the major brands. The wine selection is a little limited but they typically have a good variety of types of wine including organic.The liquor is also limited but with good variety

Closes at 6 PM everyday, so hurry before it closes for the day. Small store but has major brands.

Friendly staff with good customer service. although the store is a bit small, you can still have a variety of beers, highly recommend the local brand.

Consistent with the experiences of the other 1-star reviews, the cashier and security guard staff at this location were rude and unprofessional. From the moment we walked up to the counter the staff was condescending. Staff then asked everyone in our group of 6 to provide ID. Five of us had ID showing we were clearly beyond the legal drinking age in our 30-40s, one person did not have it with them. Staff told us we can’t buy anything because the last member didn’t have ID on them. Staff fabricated accusations that the last member was a random underage teenage that we picked up from the street and was buying alcohol. Pretty rude and have not experienced this at other LCBO locations. Staff need better training

Small little liquor store you probably won't find your specialty wine from around the world or that obscure beer or cooler that you like. So you're probably wondering why I give it 5 stars well that's because the staff makes your experience in the store one of a kind. They're very helpful inattentive and super personable!

Ridiculous and unreasonable customer service. Was completely denied service when one person in our group didn't have their ID even though we're all well above the legal drinking age. The staff were rude, confrontational and clearly need better training. Would not recommend visiting this location unless you want your trip ruined.

I live in Tobermory Ontario for the season!!! The staff are very friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in the door and ask if you need any help with trying to find something you are looking for!!! My experience has always be positive every since I have been coming here to work for the season since 2006!!! If they don't have and you ask them too special order it they do it asap!!! Never ever had a bad experience there ever!!!They should all be praised for there hard work that they do everyday and try to make sure everyone has a positive experience!!! Kudos to the manager Vicky for being a wonderful friendly and helpful person which makes your experience perfect!!! The rest of the staff also are wonderful friendly and helpful(Stan,Bob and Teri)plus more!!!
