Very poor customer service, rude staffs, not kids friendly. I brought a balance bike, and on my way out, a staff approached and told us we need to carry the bike out, instead of pushing the bike out. And I have my 2 little kids with me. They can’t provide any shopping carts or any help, just roughly order me and left

Zafir went above and beyond with his help in finding my mother and I shoes for our vacation. He is amazing at his job and had so much patience bringing out multiple pairs of shoes in different sizes. Amazing experience at this location because of him.

I came in to look at golf shoes and sunglasses for golf. There was no one to help me with golf balls or shoes. I kept browsing until the Oakley cage where I asked someone for help with sunglassesIn the next section. She tried calling twice and after about 20 minutes I left as there was no one to help me try some sunglasses on. Overall I was annoyed by the lack of pricing on items throughout the store.

This location is great! Amazing stock selection of both men and women's athleisure clothing, the men's shoe selection is in my opinion one of the biggest in the city. And there is always some sort of sale going on it seems. Probably one of the best selection of SAXX as well. My only complaint is the lack of fitting rooms I think just 6-8 unisex rooms in the center of the entire store... Staff is friendly and very accommodating tho.

Worst tune up i ever got in my life. After original tune up I had to go back. After I got my bike home I found that parts are missing. Now I've just spent half my day fixing the work that wasn't done right. Imo stick to places that just specialize in bycicles.

Best shopping experience for swimwear or sportswear. Excellent and super helpful staff. I have been well greeted and assisted for all our needs. The lady went to find a specific item for my wife and found it and fetched it from the warehouse. Kudos.

We have been here 2 times in the last year and had a terrible experience. Both times we left because no one would help us get the shoes we needed. This time, my 6 year old son needed to use the restroom, and the cashier called for an attendant to unlock the bathroom, and no one came. And again we couldn’t find someone on the floor to help.We will never come to this store again.

Large, spacious, modernized Sport Chek! Unfortunately I have experienced poor customer service there multiple times, consistent enough to affect their rating. Waited 10+ mins at the equipment service desk today before even getting acknowledged by a single staff member. Also wish you could pay for your equipment services at their desk instead of lining up at the cash out again. Looking past this though, definitely a great place to see or try the merchandise (bikes, shoe wall, sporting equipment, etc...) first before making a decision. Great layout and apparel organized by brands and gender.

Had amazing service from Maveio yesterday when purchasing a bike. He took his time to explain and demonstrate everything to me and even assisted me in putting the bike in my small car! 10/10

The staff here is great and very friendly. The place had quite a little rush than usual. We had purchased a shoe at a reasonable price. All the sports gears r available. The store is a big one. It's like similar to decathlon.
