Displace used to be an excellent plasma donating centre but now it has gone down significantly. Not only is the lafy that used to be at the front which is now at the mini booth extremely rude but you always feel in her voice that you are annoying her, I also don’t think I’ve ever seen her smile. She has always that I’m annoyed you’re here face. Before you used to wait maximum 20 to 30 minutes to get in the donation room but now it’s well over an hour to an hour and a half. So from the time you walking, it takes about 30 minutes to get in one of those mini booth to get checked out and if you’re lucky enough not to see the nurse then you only have to wait an hour to an hour and a half. I was told last month that there is too many donors now. Well I’m sorry to say that this is not our problem and that makes the company seem extremely extremely greedy at the cost of their donors time which nowadays is not enough of a pay to go there for 2 1/2 hours to three hours.If you’re retired and have nothing else to do with your free time and want to get other house for hours, then this is perfect, if your worker who gets off work, then you do not want to be there for three hours. You can go work at McDonald’s and make the same amount of money or more.

I really enjoy all the staff here, most are super friendly but I think it’s time to let us see the staff faces and let go of the mask even the hospital doesn’t require them unless your sick and this place could use a fresh coat of bright and happy colour of paint but all in all it’s a great place to come and help others, keep up the great work, I would also like to add that it’s great that you have this new donor compensation of 50$ or 100$ but you should also think about the donors that donate twice a week every week something should be done for them as well cuz I can guarantee those new donors are only going for that bonus while your regulars are faithful but get no compensation for it

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They seem to have fun while doing their jobs. They make you comfortable and at ease. Keep up the great work. Leslie rocks

The staff at the Elmwood dr. Moncton location are always extremely kind, friendly, and professional! Since day 1 , they are very welcoming and make you feel like a person not a number. They always know your name and always make you feel like if you need them for anything that you are always thier #1 priority! They know thier job well and always say , ask or tell us if you need anything. Smiles, smiles, smiles !! They always have smiles and great personalities! Amy has been there most of the time since I started and she is very supportive with her staff on the floor, she's always very positive, and patient with her staff . If I need anything answered I know she will answer or find out for me. She is fabulous!! All the staff are exceptional in moncton !!

Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable too. Wait times can be slows depending on the day but still a good experience.

**edit** It’s clear that this organization doesn’t care for donator’s time. I’ve been going on and off, mostly on for 4 years. Today, my appointment was at 9am, and still wasn’t in the donation room by 10. They constantly have excuses why they are behind. Nothing changes and turn over is extremely high. I understand that they don’t care about me since they’ll just find someone else to take my place. Stay away if you don’t have hours.**edit April 2023** showed up Wednesday at 11:30 as a “new” donor as I haven’t been there in a over a year. Everything went smooth, but it was clear they were training new reception staff. Now, Friday, show up at 8:50 for a 9:00 appointment. There are 6 people in front of me, and in over 5 minutes, the line didn’t move. Those people that were being trained 2 days ago are on their own and are struggling. Everyone is very nice, but it seems this place can’t keep customer facing employees. In my experience, a employer can’t be very good if they are always training new staff

Staff is beyond nice n Knowledgable. Wait time are good at times and their plubotomist are excellent. Always only one poke n their in. Facilities and every room are always kept very clean. I recommend everyone to give it a shot at least once.ML

Today was so painless, I had to ask my phlebotomist if she punctured the skin.

They still enforce masks. Its 2023, covid’s over with.
