Wanted to share my appreciation for Nicole at GNMI medical imaging. Had to have a couple of investigations and there were gaps in communication between the different health care providers. Nicole was so flexible and understanding to work with the requests on a timely basis and I got the appointments at the desired locations within the time frame. She was professional and friendly and responsive in her communication. GNMI -you are lucky to have her on your staff!

Very rude staff. Aggressive and harsh with my toddler during an x-ray exam. Don't go to this location if you have small kids. These guys have no empathy and don't have manners and courtesy to deal with small children and their parents. I wish I could give them a zero star.

Booked an ultrasound. Arrived and told I had to go to another location. Was told that I was informed over the phone. Unfortunately they only called to confirm prior without giving the change of location. Wasn't told that phone number I called with address provided on requisition wasn't correct. No apology. Told I was wrong and was informed twice of the change. Wasn't kind to be blamed when showing up for a medical appointment. Mistakes happen but please inform people the address on the requisition isn't accurate. Saves time for all involved

I have, unfortunately, had to have quite a few X-rays over the last few months. I always go to this location. The staff are kind, patient, helpful, and I hardly ever have to wait. This I'm sure is due to the staff being efficient and organized. I had to put up a review for this location as they deserve all the praise I can offer. I have never had a single staff member be anything but respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you to each and every one!

I recently had an appointment for some lower back X-rays at the Pelham Rd location of GNMI. I found the staff pleasant and the X-ray technician in particular was very kind and gentle in helping me to get in the right positions for the X-rays. Highly professional.

Good staff .... very efficient. They were on-time and most pleasantIt was an easy in and easy outMy only issue is that I needed access to a wheelchair (leg injury) but apparently it had “been stolen” and never replaced. Would have been quite useful.

The staff were very courteous. I was on time for my appointment and I did not have a long wait. My procedure was explained clearly and I felt very comfortable during the bone density screening.

Very friendly staff. Awesome radiographer!! No wait at all, in and out within 15 minutes.
