Such a pleasure working with Jess at Carte Blanche. The trailer was a gorgeous addition to the cocktail hour experience. Guests loved the little prosecco bell and serving themselves a bevi from the brass taps. If you're looking to elevate your cocktails with a cool vintage vibe- don't think twice- call Jess :) They travelled all the way to Prince Edward County for us and we couldn't have been happier.Elise- Toast Events

We used Carte Blanche Bar to service 150 vip guests at our outdoor event. It was enjoyed by all and a great photo opportunity. The quality of the wine and service was top notch. We would definitely recommend 'Goldie' if you're looking to elevate your next event.

Used Goldie for a corporate summer event. The space was unique and working with the venue and the Carte Blanche team we were able to find a solution that truly made the event a bigger hit. In addition to the carte they suggested the balloon decor that just added that little something to make is special. We had over 400 people at the event and there were no issues serving everyone. We would highly recommend and use again!

All I can say is AMAZING!! We used Carte Blanche for a 200 person corporate event (when in person gatherings were permitted) and I can't say enough good things about the product and the team. Goldie" was such a hit with our attendees that some are still talking about this event.The team is friendly and helpful. Jess went above and beyond to help with every aspect and offered great suggestions on how to "dress-up" Goldie and wine options for our guests. Prior to the event she worked with my caterer and decor company to ensure Goldie was set up in the right location allowing our guests clear access while not interfering with food service."
