Fabian is very knowledgeable and always tells you his honest advice. Very professional, friendly shop. Fab helped me settle on a suspension lift, which as a bonus also came with fast shipping (about 3-4 weeks or so, - unlike a lot of other suspension kits during these times) and did the install & alignment too. I also picked up some misc. recovery gear, and will definetely be returning in the future for the inevitable 4x4 needs of the future!

Fab, Benjamin and his entire crew at WCO were extremely helpful and provided a consultative approach from start to finish.Never pushy and they accommodated all of my requests with no questions asked.Good customer service is hard to find nowadays. The team was extremely professional and accommodating from start to finish.I will never take my rig elsewhere again.These guys do it right.

Fab and team were amazing. The queue for the parts was extremely long from the Supplier due to covid. Throughout that wait Fab was very communicative. Ian, the technician was equally communicative during the work. My truck is a 2006 Ram and they installed a Carlie Pin Top Suspension System. Because of its age there was some rusted parts that needed replacing. This delayed the delivery date for a day or two. Ian contacted me through out the job to discuss and update me. His customer service was first class. I would not hesitate to return or refer friends and family here. Great Shop - Great staff. Thanks again.

I don't usually write google reviews, but felt compelled to after the amazing service that West Coast Off-Roaders (WCOR) has provided me. I initially went to WCOR to get a Carli Suspension Kit and Canopy for my F350. Fab, Ben and all the staff were more then wonderful to work with. Fab provided honest advice and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Communication was clear, and service was always provided with the highest level of detail.Now on to why I decided to write this review..The other day I was on my own hunting in the back country a little over 3 hours out of Vancouver when I got a flat tire. I went to change the tire I realized that the Ford tire iron didn't fit onto the recessed lugs of my aftermarket wheels. Having zero other tools/patch kits/compressors etc... (yes i know...... lessons were learned) I was in a really bad spot. Luckily I had cell reception and was able to give Fab at WCOR a call for some advice. After about two minutes and him passing zero judgement on my lack of preparedness he told me to send him my co-ordinates and he would send one of his guys up to assist me!!Sure enough, about three hours later my hero, Pere arrived! Pere was immediately full of positive energy and had a fantastic attitude despite having battled rush hour traffic leaving the city for the past 3 + hours. A short time later Pere had the tire repaired and holding air. He followed me down the mountain and back to the highway for about 30 mins making sure I didn't run into any further issues and that the repair was holding. As I didn't want to drive over 80km/h I told Pere to go ahead. He texted me multiple times as I made my way home making sure everything was still okay.Fab and Pere both went way above and beyond what I would expect from any shop. I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone who has any interest in equipping their vehicle for off-roading.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, patient and never tries to upsell you. These are the highlights that tells you the kind of place you'd be taking your business to.In truth, this review is far long overdue but I often prefer to write reviews after multiple encounters to ensure I can write an honest review where the service is consistent.I am glad to say they are indeed consistent and every bit the many 5 star reviews their reviews represent them to be. I was initially hesitant on what works to be done on my 4th gen since it's an older vehicle and on my first visit, Fab(the owner) told me he'd only do a lift and new tires, nothing more if it was his own vehicle, an honest and basic upgrade.It was after my first encounter with Fab did I know that this is a man of integrity and does business in a way that ensures his customers are left happy with their work.I have now have had West Coast Off-Roaders do work on my vehicle several times and each time I have to Uber back and there from New Westminster, and I gladly do this knowing that my vehicle is in good + capable hands.Fab and his team are great; Simon is always happy to facilitate additional questions and share his wealth of knowledge and gives a nice 2nd opinion to certain things. Fiona is a friendly face that regales interesting story of her varied work experiences.This place is busy, so go in with patience knowing that they may take a bit of time to get back to you or make an appointment but I assure you that they will accommodate to your needs.If there's one thing for area of improvement, I suppose it would be communication as I am a complete newbie and being given varied options would be nice while knowing what they suggest would fully entail. Further more, a post-job break down in further detail (such as product care, etc for people who may not be as familiar) would be a nice touch. All in all, these guys are in it for the service and passion and I will gladly continue to have these guys work on my 4th gen.p.s - If you've read this far, thank you for bearing with my long review but I wished to convey a detailed picture so you know what you're in for.

I was very impressed with West Coast Off-roaders, Fab, and his staff. I had ARB front/rear lockers, diff breathers, air compressor, and upgraded gears installed on my Tundra. I brought my own SPOD which had switches that install in the upper sunglasses holder. With little notice before my trip down to Utah, Fab had his team work on my truck and got it done on time. There was a small mistake on my bill that I didn’t notice and Fab called me after I left to tell me about it and to have it fixed when I returned from my trip. I drove to Utah and back with no issues with the upgrades done and because of this and the BC honesty of Fab, I give WCOR 5⭐️. Bravo!

I would give Fab and the crew 10 stars if I could. I've been back to the shop time and time again for different modifications to my 4runner. Living in a strata-run condo makes working on your vehicle impossible, and WCOR takes the stress out of ordering and installing parts, which in-turn allows me to simply just enjoy my vehicle. For me personally they have installed a sweet new suspension, upper control arms, front bumper, all kinds of lights, winch, onboard-air, roof rack, and sold me all manner of extra items on my wish list at an extremely fair and reasonable price. Next up on order is a rear bumper, and then following that, extended range fuel tanks. Anything they installed that required electrical work, looks like it came straight from the vehicle manufacturer, super impressive.Although, I would be lying if I said there wasn't an issue here and there (all things out of WCOR's control), as there typically is with custom modifications, but Fab makes it right every time and without hesitation. Fab has also handled the single warranty issue I had like an absolute king. A man of his word. The best customer service a person could ask for. Highly recommend!!I would like to add that all the staff at WCOR are kind and amazing people, I've never had a bad experience, and every time I visit many laughs are shared. A fantastic all around experience. Thank you to everybody at WCOR!!
