Canada's Largest Mural
An abandoned building, derelict and a public disgrace, with lipstick smeared over its decaying face. It speaks well to the state of the downtown, except that there is little lipstick wasted on the downtown.

It's an interesting mural on an abandoned hospital. I would think if this were in Toronto where real estate is crazily expensive, the site would be demolished in no time. But in Sudbury it's preserved and converted into a piece of art. I was wondering how much paint it needed to complete though. Definitely a interesting site to visit.

The place was fenced in when we were there. Could only take photos from Bell Park's public parking lot.

I dunno. Looks like a multi colored spray painted abandoned building to me. All fenced off - for obvious reasons - so you can take it all in driving by or walking thru Bell park from behind. I get it, I do, but it’s still just a derelict fire trap with some neon colors painted on it

I know some folks don't appreciate it and yes there are probably better uses for the building. However I give credit for the use it gets now while Sudbury figures out what to do. The parking lot very convenient right beside and the great waterfront park just down below. Very pleasant!!

Beautiful photo spot - best to walk to it from science north or the boardwalk around Ramsey Lake.

The description says it’s theBiggest mural in Canada. But there is nothing much except this painted abandoned building inside a fence. You can just drive around it it or just park your car and click some pictures. Nothing more
