Pearle Vision

I recently visited Pearle Vision at Coquitlam Centre to purchase new glasses and sun glasses. Lilian provided exceptional customer service and advice. Very happy with the whole experience.

Staff Jigyasa & Lilian were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I saw professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude from them. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend pearle vision to others.

Lillian is an exceptional optician, she knows exactly what I needed. As a person with high prescription, there are limited number of glasses that can fit my needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, and took time and care to help me. I would recommend anyone looking for a perfect pair of glasses to her. She will go above and beyond to help you.

I recommend Pearle Vision very highly! We came recently for an eye exam and new glasses, service was excellent. Every employee involved (we were helped by Angela and Lilian specifically, lovely people!) goes above and beyond for you. They both answered all questions we had kindly, ordered the frames we wanted from their online store, and were very happy to help in the case of questions arising a few days later.

She was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the products and services offered by Pearle Vision. Despite the fact that our plans did not work out, she made sure that we were satisfied with the alternatives they offered us. The entire experience was simply remarkable, and I would highly recommend going to Pearle Vision and speaking to Leslie to anyone looking for exceptional service and expertise. I would like to commend Lillian for her exceptional service, which truly exceeded our expectations.

Terrible store and doctors! I had two eye visits within 6 month. The first visit the doctor gave me a wrong number, by decreasing it. When I went the second time, a different doctor said in a rude way as we were trading eyes numbers: this is your number (the one I had) if you want I can inceease it. I went next door to order the new glasses and waited for more than three weeks. When I went to pick up, the lenses were not the same cut as per model I had chosen silohuette scelet free oval shape. They were square instead of oval. I do not recommend this store and optic to anyone.

Lilian is the best! She has helped me for the last 4 years and my eye care needs are always met. I’ll be back next time when I need a new prescription.

I walked into Pearle Vision with a bent frame and wasn’t expecting much of a solution. Lucky for me Lilian was amazing in her assistance. She explained the risk in trying to straighten the glasses because of where the bend was. There was no upsell just an honest assessment. Five minutes later she did it. I appreciate the great service, especially on a Sunday before closing.

5/5 experience at Pearle Vision! Lilian took the time to help me pick out my new glasses. She made recommendations based on what I liked, my face shape, and also my prescription (I had no idea that not all frames would work with my high prescription!) When I got my glasses, both Lilian and Jigyasa helped me with adjusting my glasses, making sure they're comfortable and secure. They even told me I can go back anytime to get them adjusted again if I realize they aren't fitting well after wearing them for a few days. Both Lilian and Jigyasa deserves a raise. Thank you so much!
