TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Branch Manager Mehrnaz Fazel, Is very unhelpful and makes everything so complicated.There was a draft issued from this branch under my corporation name but it was lost. This branch is stating we can not cancel a draft due to security reason that in case someone else can cash this cheque!! She even mentioned they need to put lean on my property in order to cancel this draft !!!Another management lady was telling me fraud could happen anywhere like it happens to your phone!!!!I guess all they wanted to say TD bank, one of the biggest banks in Canada, has the same security as my personal phone and I should not trust this bank because they not even capable of securing a bank draft!!!TD banks head office is also confused and tells me go to branch they should do it right away and when I go there same game plays in the branch because the branch manager doesn't want to take the risk she believes in.I have mentioned this to lawyers and Police and they are also surprised to hear this.Other staffs been super friendly and helpful in the past few years.

Customer service can improve. The lines are long. Also they do not email any credit card transaction. In other parts of world banks play a different role ~ every credit card transaction is recorded and shared as a text on phone. Notifications help especially if a customer is away fromThe location~ Is TD bank following Global banking features. Sharing how much did the credit card holder spend. Recording a credit card transaction can suggest if a consumer is in control of the expenses being made.Wondering if it’s friendly for new settlers ~ Many refugees using the the credit card for first time cannot track their spends ~ what are they spending money on ~ and they could perhaps spend more than what they are making. Many lower middle class families living on daily struggles will face this problem. Hoping TD_Canada adds this feature.

Extremely unhelpful staff member who refused to take any form of ID other than my passport? Also allowed a customer to skip the line who she seemed to know personally and stood chatting with... very unprofessional. Who carries their passport around with them why is having my TD card and valid government ID not sufficient? She refused to ask any questions or send me a verification code. Train your staff better.I went to a different branch at donmills and steeles and was helped quickly and had a much better experience. Dont waste your time at this branch go to the one at Shop on Steeles the staff there are much more helpful and better trained.

If there is less than a star I'll give it to this location. Wasting time and not trying to help at all. Branch manager doesn't want to help at all

Had a horrible experience with TD financial advisor at this branch. TD made a mistake in processing our mortgage application resulting in interest charges that I shouldnt be responsible for. After speaking with TD support over the phone, I was told that I would need to make an appointment in person to have this resolved in a branch but that it shouldn't be a problem to get a credit for the interest. The advisor and branch manager were more interested in defending themselves and passing off the blame to the mortgage broker rather than taking care of the customer. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years but am seriously considering switching banks after this experience. My wife wanted to take out all our money on the spot. If you need help resolving any banking issues, don't waste your time coming to this branch.Update: After calling TD support again right after this appointment, I finally reached someone helpful who was able to provide me with a credit on the interest. To reiterate, don't bother with this branch.

15 people lining up for the teller but only 2 counters are open, extremely long waiting time

Really awesome staff. They are an excellent branch. Treat their clients with respect. Well organized, professional and caring. I was actually surprised to see poor reviews. The front desk is always open. They greet customers, the only thing thst could be improved is linger hours.

This branch does have serious issues. I had gone in to withdraw some money, the associate attending to me, asked to see my Id, so i tendered my driver’s license. This associate had the audacity to ask for my govt Id again, so I got confused at this point, i had just given her an Ontario driver’s license that had my photo, name and address. As far as I know, a driver’s license is universally accepted as a govt issued Id, in Canada and world wide. So I asked to speak to the manager, who in turn came, wasn’t rude, but tried to diffuse the situation by trying to confuse me. I let her know there was no sense in what the associate had tried to do. She wanted the exact Id on my account or she wouldn’t pay me. Sigh! They hide under the guise of being security conscious to be condescendingand rude to clients.It’s almost as if they believe they have a right to your money, more than you do as the the account owner. That associate was the worst!Avoid this branch, only a few are professionals at this branch, such a shame!

They have my money and I have mortgages with TD...... I expect friendly service. None given. Cold.... teller was cold and the on duty supervisor even worse..... no greetings at all. Jeeze. I get more friendly service at any fast food joint.Shame on them
