In touring the facility, you can tell an extra level of care goes into what they do for their residents. Lots of great amenities, and a spectacular view.

Nurses, psws, front desk and meal staff are caring and terrific. Sales staff promised the world did not deliver. Did not allow to add on extra personal support services advertised. Did not return phone calls, emails nor reassess clients in person. If you are freedom 55 this is the place for you. It is not a retirement home for elderly unfortunately

Having worked in several different senior living residences, I really appreciate the thought and detail that went into the design of Arabella. From the flexible suite designs, the fresh, modern decor and the supportive, luxury amenities, I would have no hesitations about any of my loved ones retiring at Arabella.

I must say that Maria and Diana have been amazing to work with while we sort out the logistics for my mother to move into Arabella. They have been extremely patient with all of our questions and even made house calls to get the final paperwork signed given my mother's mobility issues. I was really impressed by their caring for the residents. If this is an indication of how things will be I am sure my mother will love living there once she settles in. UPDATE: My mother has now settled in and the care has exceeded expectations. I can't say enough good things about Arabella and their staff.

Professional staff and an asset to the community. They clearly focused on the fine details when building this place. Just what Belleville needed to support the aging population. Family friend moved in and is loving their experience. Fancy meals, salt water pool, hair dresser, good friends, experiences - they care about their residents.

This is a beautiful residence. Our family was promised, at the time of our tour, PSW care for our elderly family member. The staff really do as much as they are able but the care we were promised is NOT being provided. This particular residence is geared for able retirees, not elderly people who require assistance. Unfortunately, at this point, I am considering moving my family member to another retirement residence that not only promises to provide care but actually will.

My mother moved here two months ago. The entire experience and transition into retirement living has been exceptional thanks to the team at Arabella. She loves it here, raves about how good the food is whenever we talk.

I toured Arabella after a close family member had made a difficult decision that they needed to downsize. What a well thought out and complete facility with excellent programming already in place and fantastic views unlike any other option available in Belleville. We spoke with a couple of people that are already living there and they had great things to say about Arabella life. The staff that we met were very genuine and despite the facility being new, their experience came shining through. Top notch retirement residence and very much looking forward to moving day.

Worked at Arabella for a few months in the kitchen. Very unprofessional management, towards the staff and residents. Would not recommend as a place of work and nor would I ever recommend this retirement home to a loved one. I had a truly awful experience.

My Grandmother loves her new home. Having her move into this new residence has given me a piece of mind. The staff are very friendly, the food is great, she especially loves the view of the lake from her room.I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury retirement living.
