I especially liked that he was not pushy and respected all of my decisions. He told me I was a tough cookie , a real boss, but respected all of my askings. He's a real champion, within 2 weeks, he sold our house within the price range i asked for, which was over the market's price. It was great to deal with a genuine and down to earth person. I learned later on that he keeps on winning prizes year after year for being the best real estate broker in his area but he always been very modest. I recommended Eric to my sister in law in selling her house as well as one of my best friend. Same as I, they both was very impressed by Eric.
