The staff of Cedarwood Climate care were professional and courteous and I'm now the proud owner of an Air Conditioner that will make working from home so comfortable! As this old house never had AC before, they needed to start from scratch. They showed up on time, had all supplies on hand, and completed the installation that day. I would not hesitate to recommend Cedarwood Climate care, they are awesome!

In June, Cedarwood replaced our 10.5 year old Lennox central AC unit that had lost coolant and wasn't cooling our house in Ajax well at all. We are now enjoying much cooler and comfortable indoor temps. as well as a noticeably quieter fan unit in our backyard!! (that was a nice bonus which we hadn't expected) With Steve's assistance, advice, and explanations, the whole process was very quick, smooth, and painless. Even got a furnace cleaning/maintenance done by the installer at the same time. Highly recommend Cedarwood ClimateCare!

A few weeks ago, on the coldest weekend of the year, the house was getting colder by the hour. We were referred to Cedarwood by a friend. Thank you, what a great referral. We spoke to Steve by phone and with in a few hours we had “Richard” out to look after things. Very personable and diligent with care and procedures of covid concerns. Very professional. We were warm in no time ! This week we had Richard come out again to set us up on an annual maintenance program. We have been using Cedarwood for quite many years to look after our house heating and cooling system. I also have used them for a friend's house emergency repair when they were out of the country. They are reliable. Even after usual business hours, someone would pick up my call and find technical support on phone for emergency. The technician I have always been dealing with is Richard ( don't know his last name). He is very professional and caring for customer. This year I also got a new heating system from them.

After 23 years of trouble free service, our furnace had given all it had. Since we had previously used Cedarwood for both insulation & service they were my first call. I rang them AND SPOKE TO A PERSON at 6am on a Sunday morning. By 9am the same day, I received a call from Steve and by 10am they had somebody on site investigating the cause. They gave me options and based on their advice, I decided to install a new high efficiency furnace. On Monday Dave stopped in to plan and measure in preparation for the install and Tuesday morning at 9am Brian was on the job. By 2 pm Tuesday, the job was complete. The attention to detail and the personal manor with which they conducted themselves is a testament to their professionalism and I would highly recommend them!

We have been a Cedarwood client for several years and inherited a complex hydronic forced air plus radiant floor system. Our recent new boiler installation ran into some unexpected challenges but the entire Cedarwood team pulled out all the stops to get everything running smoothly. Steve personally went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Been using Cedarwood for years in maintaining our very old furnace. It finally reached its end and the crew from Cedarwood took care of us within a few days doing an install of a new unit. Such great service all around. If there was a 6-star option for reviews, I would give them one!

Steve at Cedarwood was very professional and accommodating when I had a heat pump water heater installed recently. We went over many options and discussed in great detail the pros and cons of each. Issues post-installation were addressed promptly by the Cedarwood team. I would recommend.

Steve was SO helpful when he came to assess what to do with our leaking hot water heater suggesting a full range of options. He also was able to diagnose a venting issue that just emerged the day of his first visit. He suggested a contractor who could address it quickly and when the appointment for that was made for the next day was able to come in that same day to install a new hot water heater. He also checked after the installation to see that all was well which I really appreciated. All in all, I was really impressed with the work, the professionalism and the relationship Steve created with me assuaging my worries easily with his knowledgeable care and attention. I will rebook with Cedarwood instantly should any issue his company addresses arise in my home.
