Oscar and his wife were very professional and on time. Oscar assessed my house before starting the work and made sure he knew what my wants were before beginning the job. He gave advice on extra products that would be beneficial to us as we have a couple of kitties that tend to scratch the carpet from time to time . He went above and beyond to let us know how we could get and apply the product ourselves if we decided not to have it done by him to help save us some money.
