Very accommodating staff. One of the branches with less foot traffic but the quality is top notch as always. They included promos from my insurance applicable in their website that I wasn't aware of so I was able to get 2 pairs for less! The employees answered my questions patiently and were able to adjust my frames to fit my face perfectly.It's always a nice visit with BN

We find Dr. Fung a very dedicated optometrist. She used the most advance care method available to check my son’s eyes and mine, as well. She was very detailed when she discussed with us the results of our check up. My son was very pleased with his eyeglasses, with their service and the price was reasonable too. We had a great experience. ♥️

Good selection. The staff were really helpful & patient helping me select my frames. I changed my mind on 1 of 2 pairs purchased. Absolutely NO hassle exchanging for another pair (30 day satisfaction guarantee). The delivery time was 2 weeks, however they were ready 7 days later. Absolutely will go back! Thank you!!

I originally went into buy a replacement for my glasses that broke and I lucked out as this store had a 2 for 1 New Year’s deal for a reasonably affordable price. The selections were functionally practical with varied, cute designs. The turnaround time was quick and the technician was very helpful in ensuring the fit was properly adjusted and comfortable. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and service at this place and I’d visit again!

I would say we had an excellent experience. The doctor and his assistant knew how to work with 4 years old very active boy. The doctor answered all my questions and they were fantastic. I can't wait to have my eye exam there.

Went in for my 1st exam, all my questions were answered clearly by Dr. Aneil and I left with no doubts. Once the exam was done, two staff members assisted me as it wasn't busy. I'm very undeceive, but the staff was extremely helpful and patient, answering any questions I had in detail. I usually don't write reviews, but this level of service left me no choice. Strongly recommend!

One girl there on purposely bent down one of my nose pads after I asked her to clean the glasses and pretended nothing happened and gave them back to me just like that. Really rude and irresponsible! Should be fired!If during cleaning, the nose pad(s) has/have been moved, then you need to adjust to original place before giving them back to the customer.The one nose pad this girl moved is not a little bit. They were really uncomfortable to wear!It is totally a bad intention and irresponsible behaviour to pretend not to notice the difference!!

I came here for my contact lens appointment with Elkie and she was great! She was very helpful and made me feel like I was catching up with a friend. After finalizing my contact prescription, I ordered my contacts from the store but I didn’t realize that I had put in the wrong address. The sales associates, Chloe and Yvette, helped me fix this and called the shipping company to correct my address for me. The process was very smooth and I appreciate how friendly everyone at the store was.
