Park Victoria Apartments

This building try to rip you off from parking ticket. I was fine $115 because i had lunch at the restaurant in this building and that was my 1st time to park here. No enough signage to lead you to pay and where is the point to pay. Extremely tricky and poor management. I will never recommend this place for anybody. Keep saying that the parking space is not operated by them.I will never come to pay any cents for their business here again.

am the tenant in the south park Victoria cockroach building . I moved in last February. I chose this townhome village because it is convenient to school, is in a quiet area, and offers nice amenities.However, I have become very upset about a serious issue. There seems to be a horrible roach problem. I have texted you and left a voicemail about this issue. I am now asking you again to please schedule clean this cockroach bulding.Rent is to much expensive

I have been in this building for a year, the location is perfect, the view is wonderful. I have never had a problem with heat, water, electricity... most of the staff are polite, kind and helpful spatially Sukh.There were cockroaches in the first 3 months. However, after I bought 5 small poison bags from the mini-market that is on the ground floor, this problem has been fixed completely. As per to mices, several small holes in the kitchen wall had to be closed. Also, after doing that, the problem has fixed.The most important thing is to have a kind and helpful staff, I started to notice that the new staff are more helpful and kind.I would like to thank Sukh, she is very friendly, and she always does her best to help us with any requirements.

Its a very good community. Arjun Sharma from the leasing is very friendly and is a gem in helping. He helped me in all ways to adjust and feel comfortable when I moved in.Happy New Year Victoria Park Apparent!! And to Arjun Sharma a big thank you !

Live here before for about 10 years. Good location and when I left, Logan helped me a lot and provided me a lot suggestions. He's so nice and the best one I meet in the apartment office.

Mr Arjun Sharma was very kind, generous and helpful when we applied for the lease and he has amazing customer interaction skills. We really had a nice smooth process thanks to him.

Such a bad place to live . very unhygenic building ,so many mice and cockroaches in the whole building . even after so many complains they dont fix the problem , they just keep on giving fake promise to solve the problems. Management is responsible for all these things . i would never recommend this build to anyone.

I have lived there for over a year now and at any point in time we have had some sort of bug infestation whether it was bed bugs, fruit flies (worse than I've ever seen), or cockroaches (a massive problem that still is not fixed at the moment of writing this). There has also been several water shutoffs. We've spent over a week without hot water and every time we've needed maintenance, they would hire incompetent contractors who would leave glass and nails on the floor after the job was 'completed'. It is not rare to experience long waiting times for the elevator because of maintenance (which is fair I suppose but is still part of the experience). Our bathroom does not have a fan which is awkward and disappointing. The people who live there can also be very inconsiderate when it comes to things like taking their trash down or taking care of their laundry on time. I cannot say the rent prices are great but they're reasonable for the current market. I know a lot of these issues are standard for cheap student apartments but they are nonetheless very frustrating. The few good points I can make is that power outages are not too problematic as we share power grids with the hospital, the view is nice from the 9th floor where I reside and the proximity to universities and the downtown area is really convenient as well as access to public transport.

Great view and nice sized apts but it has mice and bugs and needs renos. I suppose most apts are like this at this price point?
