I got married this past weekend and I did a trial run with Melissa at Low Key Studio a few days before. And I can't tell u how amazing of a job she did. I actually liked my trial hair style better then my actual wedding do. ( had a different company do my hair for wedding) Melissa is very professional but still makes u feel comfortable and like family in her salon. I trusted her so much that when I got there she asked what style I had in mind and I just said curls- the rest I trust you to do what looks good. She had to make sure my extensions matched my natural hair. I had left over bleach ends and she patiently took the time to get my natural colour back. Low key studio is the place to go when you want a skilled professional but kind hearted stylist in a very wholesome comfortable environment.Not to mention her new studio looks amazing. Modern, stylish, gorgeous & cozy studio. Everything you need to have an amazing pampering experience. If I could I'd give Low Key Studio 1 million stars.

Melissa goes above and beyond for her clients. Not just the haircut or hair colour, it’s the whole experience! She makes you feel at home, she listens to what you want. She truly does have magic hands! I’m obsessed with my hair, she knows how to make you feel and look good! I travel to Melissa because she is worth it nothing compares to the feelings I feel in her chair.

I moved to the area a few years ago and realized I couldn't make the hour plus drive to my past studio... After over a year of casually searching for the right place and some unfortunate instances of trial and error at other salons, I found Low Key! Melissa is wonderful :) She is relaxed, knowledgeable, and genuine. Even submitting a request for an appointment had a brief questionnaire so she could better understand my preferences and goals. Her setup is wonderfully quiet and the appointment was unrushed. My spouse does not often comment on my hair but he continues to emphatically remind me that this is his favourite look and I should keep it up. Very happy with the service and outcome.
