I recently received my first order of USBs from USBDirect and I am very impressed with both the quality of the products and level of customer service. I've noticed that the USBs are far superior to the ones I have ordered from other companies, especially when it comes to transfer speeds and how well the caps fit onto the bodies. The customer service representatives I dealt with (Sean and Daniel) were prompt and professional with all communications and helpful throughout the ordering process.
