I brought my TV in to repair the hdmi input. The owner said the whole picture was going to go soon (it had been fine). He said he couldn't get parts. I was only using it for the kid's videos anyways so, I told him that I was going to pick it back up soon. I went by twice -he was closed during regular hours. I called and left two messages and never had a returned call. 3 weeks went by before I was able to find the store open and to confront the owner. He said that he had tried calling me and that he threw out my 50 Plasma! He would give me no money or apology for my loss! I don't believe he threw it out anyhow. I run a business from my phone and have absolutely no calls from him! This man is dishonest and should be banned from business. :-("

Horrible service, not sure if this guy is insane or drunk. I made the mistake to ask the store to fix the screen of my iPhone, he said “no problem, call me in an hour”. That was around noon. I told him I needed my phone for business and could not afford to leave it overnight. When I called an hour later, no answer, neither on his store nor his cell number. That remained like this all afternoon. I went to the store again around 4:30pm, and although the sign in the door said “open”, the door was locked and nobody answered my knock.I called the next morning and he asked to give him 2 hours to complete the work. I agreed and told him I would return around noon to pickup my phone. When I got there, the door was locked again. I knocked on the door, the fellow came around, waved at me to get lost and returned back to wherever. I knocked again and yelled I wasn’t going to leave until I got my phone. This made him open the door and return my phone, nothing had been done.Folks, don’t even think about using this store for anything, stay away.

Competitively priced, knowledgeable owner, great value, will come back again for no nonsense service. The owner has been here for 20yrs and has a tenured reputation. There seem to be mixed reviews, but this guy is good as gold.

Tony and crew did me a solid ...put some tunes I had selected on flash drive in mp3 format.....great sound....3 hrs from submitting request to completion..... Hallelujah....fast and good...yeeehaaaawwwww

The ear plug broke off in my grandson's new iPad so no sound. Two other places wouldn't even touch it. Tony said he couldn't promise but he would try. Next afternoon he called and said it was ready. The charges were reasonable and my grandson is thrilled. Great service, thanks so much. Not too many small businesses like this anymore glad we were able to give him the business.

Dropped off my wife's cell to get new glass replaced, said 1 day. Took 10 days to track this guy down. Sign says open but store locked and no one is ever there, voicemail box is full, neighboring business's say they get same complaints daily about this guy and his store. I live close by so went multiple times a day trying to get into the store. Finally 10 days later I see someone inside (door still locked though), after banging on door he finally opens, tracks down the phone and guess what...nothing had been done and he tries to write up a receipt for some bogus charge ! Grabbed the phone after a couple choice words and left. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

This was a learning experience, I found out that it makes seance to fix my issues with the electrics I have, instead of going out and buying new components. The service was quick and the process on how the repair will be cared was explained well. I was keep informed as the repairs were cared out, letting me know the costs and any issues that came up. The rapiers are well done and most of all I appreciate the professional service. If you have any electronics that you value or if you think that you may need to purchase new equipment, give this store a visit.I was surprised to see that there are also TV's and computers for sales at reasonable prices. A good place to come if you are having issues with your electronics or if you are in the market for TV's and computers.Adrian

I would give it 2.5 stars if I could. I read these reviews before coming so I was well prepared to be scammed. The door was locked upon arrival and had to call him to get him to let us look at the computer we saw in an advert. The advert said it was “like new” and “mint condition” and “4K display”, none of which it was and we called him out on it but just dismissed it. So we were lied to. There were scratches everywhere and one on the screen. We still bought it because it was still a good deal if you don’t care for the condition. A few customers tried coming in. He wasn’t very nice to them. There were other shady stuff. Just best to avoid this guy or just expect the worst if you want to still deal with him.
