A fantastic store with lots of brands of products for dogs and cats! They can also ship for free with $45 purchase.

Every time I have ordered from them there have been issues with the delivery. The delivery people don't want to deliver the packages to the door. I ordered a 25 lb bag of food because I can't carry it myself due to a disability. The delivery person refused to deliver it to my door and left with the package. Came back the next day and just dumped it at the security desk of my condo. I had to pay a neighbour to bring the parcel to my unit. I emailed them and got no answer for 2 days, so I called the store. Spoke with Emily who said she was a manager. She basically told me they would deal with the delivery people, and that next time I order they would use a different shipping service. She also told me that I would have to eat the cost of having to pay someone else to bring the package to my unit.Why would I come back and spend money with you if this is how you treat your paying customers, especially those with disabilities? I could have ordered from Pet Valu and gotten better service. I would not recommend this place. They don't care one iota about customer service.

If the product was not available please don’t mislead your customers by saying “in stock” on your website. We have been waiting and waiting for few weeks without having the dog food, online order should have made thing easier and convenient but with you guys it’s impossible. I don’t want to starve my dog, will never order from you guys again. Just requested for refund. No more wait game for us.

My wife and I were looking for a very specific cat tower that had been discontinued. The super friendly staff found the LAST one for us, accommodated our request, and set it aside for pick-up instead of shipping it so we could get it right away. I would gladly purchase more items from here! A+!!!

Customer service was amazing!! The girl over the phone answered a lot of my questions to help me to decide on a product for my dog! And the package came fast and was really super nicely packed.

I was having difficulty finding Feline Naturals freeze dried cat food and found Armor. Although I was not in their immediate free shipping location and had to meet the minimum of $100 for Mississauga, I thought I would give them a try. Everything arrived beautifully but not over packaged within 2 days. Thank you for this wonderful service. Much appreciated.

Quick delivery! Ordered Tuesday, package arrived Thursday the same week. Love the attention to detail with the paw armor sticker on the box. The products will wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and sealed with a stamp and the cutest puppy thank-you" sticker. Pup loves everything so far except for the chicken training treats. I'll have to see if any of my pawrents would like to take em off my hands.My order even came with two sample treats and my pup actually loved them! I'll have to add this to cart on my next order. Will definitely order again :)"
