Metro Westmount

Staff are discourteous and even rude. Cashiers make mistakes. Produce is mouldy after a day. They refuse to do returns or refunds for products that have gone bad. I won't shop there any more.

Lots of parking. wheelchair accessible. super clean place. fantastic stuff. But then again, it is Westmount.

Staff are quite helpful and friendly. Prices are slightly higher than elsewhere.

Vast choice and huge cheese selection! Super clean store. Lots of specials and very organized

I absolutely love this store. I have moved here two years ago and I have been amazed at their “service a la clientele”. Absolutely amazing. A million thanks…xxx best store. Metro card gives you beautiful advantages too

I just bought cheese here. It smelled disgusting. I checked the expiration date. Little did I know that it's been expired for 15 days. It's understandable if they leave products a couple of days past the expiration date. But half a month? Seriously.Update: I thought they couldn't get any worse. I was mistaken. On the following day, I went in to return it. The cashier treated me like dirt. She never apologized for selling an expired food, which could've made me sick. I asked her to refund my money in the original form of payment (my credit card). She refused to do so and gave me loose change. How convenient. She kept staring at me as if I was an inconvenient to her during all this. She didn't register that she was an inconvenience to me.Take away:1) Don't go.2) But if you have to, check the expiration date of everything that you plan to buy.3) Use a self-checkout kiosk and avoid any human contact. The staff are very poorly trained.

I like Métro Westmount. You find everything under one roof. The meat, chicken and seafood are of great quality at a reasonable price. They compete with Adonis market since price are more competitive. They have good variety of vegetable and fruit but the fruit prices are quite high especially the exotic fruit and apples. Metro competes well with Provigo who do not have a branch in the rich Westmount area.

Canadian tire is a good store for what you need, but their employees have no idea on the products they sell.It's pretty bad
