Insta Glass Chilliwack

I've dealt with numerous glass shops over the years. Insta Glass was recommended to me because of their level of service and man was I impressed. Not only are they courteous, friendly, responsive and fast, but I left there with an immaculately clean vehicle inside & out, new windshield, new windshield wipers, and a little package of chocolates! I wish I could get a new windshield every week!

While the Insta Glass shop may look small, they deliver BIG on service! I was so impressed with the ease of booking the appointment and especially the end result. I dropped off my vehicle to have my windshield replaced this morning at 10:30 am and received a call from Hayley at 12:00 noon to say the vehicle was ready to pick up. The glass is perfect and on top of that, they vacuumed the interior, wiped down all of the surfaces, leaving a nice fresh scent, plus they provided me with brand new wiper blades (and not cheap ones at that), as well as a sweet bag of chocolates. I cannot say enough good things about this experience and I highly recommend Insta Glass for all of your windshield repair needs!

Their customer service is fantastic. My dad recommended them to me because they are so great. Hailey was so well organized and my car got cleaned in the inside when I booked a windshield replacement. They gave me new wiper blades and chocolate. And a free courtesy car. The service was done in less than two hours!

AMAZING!!! We just thought we were getting our windshield replaced but had a wonderful surprise when we picked up our van today!! They detailed the interior, vacuumed, armeralled, air freshener put in. Exterior cleaned, tires shined, free wiper blades and chocolates!!! All that was complimentary, plus we had use of their curtesy car while they were doing the work. We will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone else!

I called around 9:15am today and spoke with Haley. I asked if they had time to do windshield chip repair. She let me know that they could help me around 1:30 later the today. I was so grateful for them being able to help me.I had called another well known company first and was told they would not be able to assist until the following week. I was so glad I called Insta Glass Chilliwack.Fast and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing experience! Easy to book, fast service and they had a courtesy car available! Also got a detailing as a bonus that I didn’t even sign up for! Amazing crew <3 plus there was chocolate..

From my fist call by phone the courtesy and knowledge, by Hayley, for the need of my windshield was great. I booked a time and it was ready before time promised. The job was great and the car came back cleaner and with new windshield wiper blades. I recommend this company for all your car glass needs. And thanks to the staff for a great job on my car.

Wonderful service!!On-time. Clean, fast, and without any problem. Not only did they do a great job on my window but they detailed the inside of my car, left new windshield wiper blades in the car, and gave me a bag of chocolates! The lady I talked to at the front was friendly and very pleasant to do business with. I recommend all my friends and family.

Impressive customer service rarely found these days.Typically I am the type of person to try different places around town for vehicle services, most places I have found provide similar levels of service and quality. However, I must say that with Insta Glass I was surprised and very impressed with not only the level at which they completed the job, but also the customer service.Their team was great about finding a time on fairly short notice for me to come in and get my windshield replaced, as well as having it done faster then expected.When I picked my vehicle up, it was cleaned inside and out, new windshield wipers installed, with air freshener and chocolates left waiting inside.Every member of their team was a pleasure to deal with.I can say with certainty that they have earned my business for life.
