Good place run by awesome and polite people. They provided quality services and gave out professional advices. Best things were they only fixed what needed to be done and charged the exact amount that they said beforehand, no hidden fees whatsoever. Five stars all the way, highly recommended!

Again had to pay to have a vehicle towed to another mechanic. Unless you are of their faith you will be ripped off, if you have a complaint they recommend you sue them or call police, so currently suing them. My vehicle was destroyed, cost $1750 to repair at a good mdchanic plus had to pay for towing and had to pay these thieves otherwise they wouldn't release vehicle. Dont need thesd types in this city.

Bought a vehicle off of them 7 months ago and 2 days before warranty was up the transmission went and I messaged them that day and never got a response from them to bring it in until 2 days past warranty. Then they offered me 30% off their price to fix instead of honoring it under warranty as I notified them before warranty was over. Now almost 7 months later the motor is shot and now I'm out my $8000 and estimated cost to fix the motor is $10,000.

Isam is one of the best auto repair shops in Saskatoon. It has skilled personnel and a warm environment that gives you confidence to select Isam whenever you are in trouble with your car or if you need any other assistance regarding the car. They are also affordable, considering the higher prices of other shops for services. Mr. Zia is the best in this service, and he always gives you the perfect advice, which is beneficial for you. I look for Mr. Zia, whenever I go there for any assistance. Mr. Khokon, the owner, is also a very amicable person and tries his best to offer great service. Only one area Isam can improve is their office premise.

My appointment times have been respected so far; so I am even more impressed. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable, very reasonable rates. I'll say it, the owner is one of the best people I met. He's friendly, and respects everyone even if they are a lot younger than him. I also met his mechanics, they also seemed very nice and friendly. I think for most car related problems, they can just fix it with ease. But the place sadly is kinda far away from my house.
