ICE had same rate as the bank (BMO) + 4.99$ transaction fee. I was willing to take it not knowing bank rate at the moment, until agent asked me for my driving license and telephone number FOR 250USD. For 250USD? Really? Went to BMO, found same rate but no fees. Paid 5$ less, no unnecessary curriculum.

I came with $40 USD and asked to break it in $1 USD. I was informed that they are not doing this kind of service. I traveled in many poor and rich countries and this has never been a problem.

The rates are bad AND they charge a fee every time. If you have a car and have time you better go on the St-Hubert Plaza in Rosemont.

Bad rates, converted CHY and THB; found better rates in China and Thailand. I would recommend bringing your money to those countries to exchange your currency.

I ordered on line Croatian Kuna to collect at the airport prior to my departure and was not charged fees. Upon my return I ordered CAD to be purchased with my Croatian Kuna and collected with no fee !!
