It's Langdon, people think they are getting a great deal but normally regret moving here

Do NOT buy with homes by dream. Not only will you wait months longer then your estimated possession to get into your home. You will have then waited to get into a poorly built house with builders who couldn't care less about quality.- walls that aren't straight- concrete work that is unstable and improperly done- drywall left unfinished- missing insulation in the attic- incomplete work that never gets fixed- improper backfill on the foundation causing a slope TOWARD the house putting our foundation at risk. (They claim this is settling but there is no way it should drop a foot and only around where they backfilled". They did not pack it down properly and that caused this issue. Those back stairs used to sit on the ground that is how much it sank.)And when you reach out to them you either get no response at all or told its your problem even when it is a huge quality concern on their part or even a safety issue. Pictures attached. Save yourself and buy a house with a reputable builder for the same insane price they are trying to charge these days."

Nice houses for the middle of nowhere

Very hard to understand wanted to purchase new house and has very conflicting info never felt valued

Unfortunately to get any kind of response from these folks you need to complain repeatedly and publicly it seems. I've been trying to have an issue resolved for over a year and they keep gaslighting me with the issue when in all reality, something was installed incorrectly and Dream is not taking any ownership or pride in their work to correct the issue. Sadly it appears that they should be reversing their sales team with their warranty and customer service team, since they were really very keen to sell me a home, but don't seem too keen on fixing mistakes that were brought up a year ago. While mistakes can happen, it's incredibly unprofessional and demeaning to ignore home owners when issues are brought up.
