It would be nice to talk with someone who doesn’t sound like they have been smoking a pound of weed for days and I need to repeat myself for multiple times haha I called for a simple adapter for a trolling motor and it was like I was asking for a million dollars …. And nobody had a clue what I was talking about when I know Canadian tire sells the minn kota motors ….. frustrating to say the least .

Customer service is ok. They don't have the same level of knowledgeable staff compared to homedepot or home hardware. Parts desk, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Great store great selection of stock the staff are great and I find this location has far better selection of stock then most of the Winnipeg stores

Terrible! Sold me winter tires that are terrible! Cupping every second lug on inner and outer sides of all 4 tires. They refused to warranty any part of them. Worst tires I've ever owned. Poor customer service!

The hours need significant improvement. Closing at 5 and 6 respectively on a weekend should be a crime. Coming from Leduc Canadian tire as my home store they can greatly improve in many areas. Kudos to the Leduc store.

Recently attempted to exchange furnace filters I bought 120 days ago, their policy apparently has no wiggle room. I bought the wrong size and brought the unopened package, correct size exact same price, nope. Manager kept repeating that the computer won’t let them do it, really, no override key for an honest mistake, ridiculous! Told me my only option was to buy the correct size, I did, from another store!

Very nice , good service. And competitive prices . Shouldn't have to go anywhere else for a mechanic. In theoryTires discontinued even though it's all in the flyer , from best service to unfortunate circumstances and best of luck returning anything for automotive needs .
