As per the last few reviews, we also had missing items in our drive-thru order. It was a quiet night and we even tipped! We were so frustrated once we arrived home to discover no sauces and no coleslaw. I tried calling the restaurant but they have no phone number listed for the location; they direct you to the customer service line and once called, we were just left to a voicemail. Horrible service.

Why on earth is there tipping at the drive-thru??? I had to manually select 0 before being able to pay for a drive-thru order. Absolutely ridiculous. What additional service are they doing other than preparing my food like any other drive-thru?? Tipping only makes sense if there is service i.e. if you are dining in. Won't be coming back.

I ordered fried chicken by uber eats, the taste was really good however i ordered 4 pieces of fried chicken and i got 3 wings and 1 thigh, come on guys 4 pieces and you sent me 3 wings, not fait at all.Update: St Hubert sent me to their customer service dept and after 3 days waiting for an answer St Hubert sent me to uber eats customer service and now is too late to complain, well played st hubert i would have preferred to stay like i was before, so 1 star for service and customer service
