Busy Bee Preschool

Anyone who is looking for a pre-school to take care of their child will likely make every effort to ensure the school they choose is the right one for their kid. Our experience was that Busy bee pre-school was hands down the best possible choice for our eldest child. Before he attended Busy bee he had attended another pre-school that was exemplary in every way. But he wasn’t flourishing. Busy bee was recommended to us by a neighbor, so we went to visit and we were immediately convinced that this would be the pre-school for him. We enrolled him and after a couple of days in Busy bee it became clear that he had found a school that “spoke his language”. His enthusiasm for school boomed and his confidence soared. My wife and I attribute this to the passionate owner (Ms. Connie) who is dedicated beyond your imagination, and the staff who are outstanding. As soon as we were able, we enrolled our second child in Busy bee and have experienced nothing but the best. If you are looking for a school to enrich the experiences of your preschooler, Busy bee pre-school is absolutely worth visiting.

We were super nervous sending our child to preschool for the first time 3 years ago. Our son was very shy and did not feel comfortable around people who were not immediate family. On the first day of school I am sure we were even more nervous than he was. His teacher, Ms. Sammy was exactly what we needed. She was clearly very experienced with supporting transitions and making the young (14 months) kids feel comfortable and loved. The year was an amazing success and here we are three years later with both our sons attending Busy Bee ! My initially shy child is now super social and outgoing and I know it’s due to a large part to the friendships and relationships he was able to make with the kids and teachers at Busy Bee. Ms.Connie hires very special teachers who make Busy Bee a wonderfully comfortable and warm atmosphere and I know the time my children spend there are fillled with learning and love. I have been a teacher for the past 12 years with York Region and am very impressed with the academics that Busy Bee teaches, even the youngset of learners. I often hear my 2 year old singing his favourite french songs or my 3 year old coming home and showing me all the shapes he can draw. I am very happy with the decision we made to send our boys to Busy Bee preschool and I know it has helped shaped the smart and well adjusted kids I call my own. =)

This is an excellent child care facility, I love it and so do my kids. The teachers are kind, compassionate and caring. The facility is clean, has tons of toys and activities and offers healthy meals. The curriculum prepares preschoolers for the public school system, including introduction to French. I highly recommend Busy Bee Preschool!

We have been a Busy Bee family for almost four years. We initially visited several other daycares, all of which felt like a business, whereas Busy Bee feels like a home. I could write a long list of all of the great features that Busy Bee has to offer (such as excellent communication, thoughtful programming, healthy on-site meal and snack preparation) but the biggest indicator of excellence is that my children are happy there. Busy Bee has a solid core of long-standing staff members and they are caring, honest, and nurturing. I wouldn't dream of enrolling my children anywhere else.

Busy Bee and the ENTIRE staff promote the best learning - learning through play. We looked at all the schools in the vicinity and finally decided on Busy Bee and have never regretted it. Our child is very happy here. The staff are just AMAZING. Your child is in a safe environment where they are encourage to explore and learn. They have a structured curriculum which is explained in detail. The meals are enjoyed and healthy (all home made). The facility is clean but more important of all, it's warm and incredibly welcoming. I can't say enough great things and will happily vouch for them anytime, any day!

Amazing preschool. My 2 children have learnt so much attending this school. Teachers have been amazing; they take time to explain the curriculum to parents, provide constant feedback on children, and answer any questions I have in person or through email. We moved north and still decided to keep our children in this school since it was so good. This place feels like family.

Where do I begin, Busybee was a second home to my children. I love the teachers, the principal Connie and had both my girls attend this lovely Pre-school. We stayed here over 8 years and never even considered going anywhere else. This is home away from home. A place my children were loved and educated. Busybee is part of my village and they are a big part of the reason my girls have grown to be the wonderful girls they are. Just the right amount of fun, education and experiences with a dash of love that keep families coming back. Some of our best memories and best friendships came from this school. This was my daughter's daycare for the summer time and it could not be better! Friendly and home atmosphere, awesome teachers, tasty food. My daughter loved everything and I always knew that my kid is safe there. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Many thanks to Ms Connie for being so professional and friendly and to our lovely Ms Kim ;) We will miss you all!

I am so thankful my daughter is growing up in this special place. teachers truly care for our children which I appreciate the most! Miss connie and her staff are incredibly caring and loving. For us as an immigrant this place is like a second home to our children. My daughter loves her teachers and her classmates. She never wants to leave! I am highly recommend this daycare to all parents.

Busy Bee is a great place for kids to learn and play. Ms. Connie ( principal) and the staff are a big reason for this as they actually care and genuinely make the entire experience fun and enjoyable.We had one kid graduated from Busy Bee four years ago and another graduating this year. The entire team is tremendously family oriented; incredibly friendly; and remarkably well trained. They teach our kids both academic and social skills and make sure they are fully prepared and ready for grade school by the time they graduate.
