Great store..great customer service until there is an issue with your purchase .at that point they don't want anything to do with you..this is not the lighting section but island/ cupboard section... defect product and no one will even get back to you..

Good selection of pendant lights and chandeliers. Small selection of floor and table lamps. Was in there for thirty minutes without one employee acknowledging my existence. I guess I wasn't looking fancy enough for them to think I was serious about buying, which I was.

Large selection but imho many dated fixtures, and few sale items. If you're prepared to spend there is healthy competition in the specialty lighting market in the HRM, do some homework before buying. The big box stores have massive inventories of cheap fixtures if you have 50 apartments to outfit, but you won't find the impressive sculptural brand name fixtures there.

Awful customer service! I called about a light fixture on their website and a man took my name and number but never called back. After explaining what happened to a woman that works there, her name is Lauren Langlois, she asked me to send her the link and she would look into it, never got back to me and when I called nobody could locate her. It's like they don't care. Don't waste your time
