Renewed my car insurance yesterday at Westland Ins in Steveston.. I don’t why but buying or renewing insurance is always a stressful thing. Habiba was so great to deal with. She’s very pleasant and engaged in conversation with me. Habiba is a real asset to the Steveston branch of Westland Ins. Look forward to dealing with her again!

This review is for Paula Fung of the Steveston Branch. I dealt with her when she was still at the New Westminster Branch. I bought a new house last year and approached her for a home insurance coverage. She was extremely helpful and she prepared the whole package for me within couple days! She was very informative and quickly answered all my questions ! Extremely sincere and professional working attitude! Good job, Paula ! You are the best insurance agent I have ever met !

A simple vehicle transfer took far longer than it should because the supervisor was allowing a trainee to do the transfer without actually supervising. This transfer was done improperly because of it, and the result was that tax was not charged for the private sale. I was told to come back to pay the tax, which I attempted to two days in a row but a shoddily printed piece of paper saying OFFICE CLOSED" had hung up on both days
