My wedding LITERALLY would not have been possible without Emily! Thank you so much for making our wedding dream a reality. A lot of people have asked me if everything went smoothly on my wedding day, and my answer always has been: “as far as I know, yes!” If anything went wrong, I didn’t know because Emily took care of it. Leading up to the day, she helped me get my thoughts in line for my vision for the day by helping me with design questions and making the day’s timeline. On the day of, she (and her assistant) did an amazing job setting up our centerpieces, organizing everyone who had a role for the ceremony (which, as a Filipino wedding, there were A LOT of people with roles), keeping things running on time, keeping track of our stuff, and so many more! I honestly cannot imagine how our day would’ve gone without her (pretty rough probably). Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Emily and her assistant Emily made my wedding day perfect! They took so much stress off of me by communicating with all of my vendors and making sure the decorations were all set up for my reception. To anyone looking for a wedding planner, look no more! Emily is the best! She is such an amazing and wonderful person, not to mention a wedding planner. She did such a wonderful job at my wedding and helped me in the planning process of everything. She has several different packages to choose from depending on how much help you need. I had tried to plan everything by myself in the beginning and realized that I needed someone to help me because not only was there a lot to plan, but I wanted my family, friends and I to be able to relax on the actual wedding day itself. Emily took the time to meet with my now-husband and I, get to know us, get to know our vision for the big day, what exactly we wanted, she reached out to the vendors for us to make sure that they would be all set when the day came. On the wedding day she was there with her assistant and literally took care of EVERYTHING! We had packed all of our decor and items into boxes for her to place out on the tables, decorate our wedding arch, she even took the time to decorate our wedding cake with florals we had brought and made our father's boutonnieres because we didn't have the time to make them by the time the big day came! She made sure we ate and took the time that we wanted for the two of us. She helped us do a day of rehearsal at the venue since we didn't have access to it to practice the night before at our dinner rehearsal. She went above and beyond all our expectations and she is such a wonderful person! Not to mention, she helped us plan our wedding while she was getting ready to have her own!! I would highly recommend Emily. She will work with you if you are struggling with budget, she will make sure everything is taken care of and you have the best day of your life! Emily and her team at In The Details made my wedding day run so well. We utilized her day of coordination package which was perfect for our smaller sized wedding where we had handled most of the pre-planning ahead of time. Emily was organized, thoughtful and followed up with all of our vendors to ensure the day went smoothly and that we wouldn't have to deal with any questions/issues day of! Emily was a total lifesaver. I originally hired her for day of coordination services but ended up going with partial planning as well (she also does a full planning). I had no idea what I was doing and Emily took care of basically everything. She helped us create a budget, put together many vendor recommendations and mood boards, coordinated the schedule with all of our vendors, and took care of everything on the day of our wedding to the point where I could relax knowing things were in good hands. She brought an assistant on the day of and the two of them worked perfectly together. They absolutely knew what they were doing. I highly recommend her!

From booking vendors to our wedding day, all our meetings were exceptionally planned and communication was excellent. As the mother of the bride I loved every moment of the planning but I knew there was no way I could enjoy the wedding if I had to worry about every little detail on the wedding day. She was an excellent resource for advice, vendor referrals, timeline creation, and so much more as my wife and I were preparing for our wedding, and was available to connect basically whenever we had questions or concerns.It rained on our wedding day, and Emily calmly handled transitioning the ceremony to our indoor plan— I was busy playing games with my groomsmen, ha! At the reception, she perfectly laid out our decor for our love bird table as well as all the guest tables and food line.Having Emily support us during our wedding planning and day was a huge blessing. I can’t say enough about working with Emily! She has a super well-organized approach for gathering your key event details, and is also quick to provide prescriptive ideas and suggestions if there are details you’re not yet sure about. She worked with our vendors and key participants (speech givers, best man, etc) to ensure the big day was executed flawlessly down to the minute, which meant my husband and I got to enjoy the heck out of our wedding day and visit with every guest!
